When I questioned the bread roll up I was told. That's how it comes..
Obviously that's incorrect.
Suggestions:
Hire component individuals to ensure your business thrives.
Stop having people post good reviews for you.

We came to buy sub. Guy at the shop said he is on break for 1/2 hour. Come back after 1/2 hour to eat your dinner.
I went to use a gift card. My daughter and I ordered 2 sandwiches, and we told the girl 3xs to put salt n pepper on it. The GC was hard, maybe a bit warped. The card machine couldn't read it. The girl said that was the only way she knew, so she deferred to the guy there. He attempted multiple times and then acted like there was no way to process the payment that way. I thought that was ridiculous. What about before the swipe machines. I stated that I would not be using another method. So I said that I would use it online to order and just type it in. I did so and paid my slight overage of a combo. He was decent enough to throw in another bag of chips for the 25 min experience. I feel like the employees weren't knowledgeable enough to know what to do and then weren't empowered to act accordingly. Probably won't return to this location.

Rolling your eyes and scoffing at a customer as they walk in is so inappropriate. I hope corporate got my messages about this matter. 🙂

My dad ordered two sandwiches and I got mine and it was wrong.
Also on the one half I found a hair.

Placed online order for 2 sandwiches, Oreo footlong, and 3 chocolate chip cookies.
Sandwiches were fine. Received wrong foot long cookie and wrong cookies. Tried calling store. No one ever answers. Drove in the following day, 30 minutes out of my way. No manager on duty, and items could not be exchanged because they still aren't in stock. How am I supposed to achieve resolution when 1) you don't answer your phone. 2) no manager is on duty and 3) you don't know how to manage your stock?

Food was good as always, but the Young lady making sandwiches would rather be on the phone while making the sandwiches than pay attention to the customers she’s helping. We dined in and the whole time we ate she’s talking very loudly to where we can hear her from the back. No professional manners what’s so ever.

I am changing my review to 3 star. The Manager is great. However, the employee kept her plastic gloves on after checking someone out on the register and continued to make more sandwiches with the same gloves on.

Can't speak to the food. Hours posted online and in the door say they're open until 10:00 but 9:15 and they're locked up tight. Could be extenuating circumstances but a note on the door explaining would have gone a long way towards easing frustrations.
