I was being served by one of the sandwich makers when some else came thru the door to pick up a to go order. He stopped serving me went help them with the same gloves on. I did not have him to finish my sandwich. Poor customer service.

Whoever was working on 5.12.2025 at 3:45PM at this sugar land highway 6 location was being rude. Coming off very passive aggressive and making it extremely uncomfortable for me to even order
This subway might have a new owner and new people working here because their service sucks. I used to buy here before and I've seen new people in this place and I've seen them treating people really bad. Definitely not coming to this place anymore...

I highly do not recommend this specific subway. I placed an online order and when I got home noticed that 1/2 of the subway on both sides didn’t have ANY MEAT. And the rest had a very thin layer of meat. I asked for extra veggies there was maybe 6 of each on the WHOLE SUB. Idk maybe if I was there in person I could say something but don’t order online they will give you legit scraps for $12 sub. It’s ridiculous. They used to be $5 subs and I got way more than what was given to me this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with this specific location aswell. Smh.

It used to be a place with good employees and customer service. The maxican girl has no manners whatsoever about serving people. She burnt the breead with cheese on top before making the sandwich and when I told her that this is not right, she stared showing me anger and didn't want to make it right!! I told her after her rants to reimburse my money back because people eat out for an experience and not to feel tense and insulted!!
