Naveen/Naveed completely messed up the UberEats order. he accepted my order knowing that he didn’t have the veggie patty available and then when I got there, told me to cancel it on my end. I cancelled it and didn’t get the refund, although he said I would. I called UberEats to try and sort it out and they said they could not refund because Subway had accepted my order before I cancelled. i told this to Naveen and he showed no interest and instead blamed me for not wanting a replacement. His behavior was unacceptable and rude. Never ordering from here again.

I just had a horrible experience here. It says that they are open at 8 AM. I got here at 8:30 AM and the door was locked. The lady employee was at the counter and I knocked at her several times to please open the door I was freezing in the cold outside. And she would just look at me and continue to ignore me and did whatever she needed to do at the register. This is our neighborhood Subway and it was always good in the past when it was owned by a family, but now the quality has gone really down since the new ownership and I’m so sad that I won’t be coming here anymore because it was so convenient. Terrible service!

They don't answer phone. I placed orders a couple of times to this location by mistake. Both the times I called within seconds and messaged them, emailed them for cancellation ; not one time they answered.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Subway. The employee who made my sandwich did a terrible job — it looked like trash. There was no salad, no sauce, and the chicken was mashed and thrown together carelessly. It didn’t look fresh or appetizing at all.

Can’t speak to the atmosphere, but in terms of service & food this place has a lot of work to do. Two mobile app orders, botched them both. I confirmed on the app, that I did it right on the app, and placed custom instructions to try and elevate any issues the second time. Not sure what staff or management has going on, but they must not want customers coming back. I’m sure they don’t “need” me as a customer, but they certainly lost me as a customer. With has clean as the app is, and as clear as custom instructions were, it’s almost like they’re purposely trying to mess it up.

Some of the meats looked dried out and old including the lettuce. The service was good. New employee assisted me and he was very accommodating and polite. Thank you!
