100 out of 10 this place blew my expectations out of the water. I was smart enough to beat the rush somehow 😂 I went right after the lunch hours but right before dinner! Their alcohol prices are great, the service was exceptional and attentive, and the sushi was amazinggggg. Presentation was phenomenal, quality of the sushi overall was some of the best in the area! Lucky for me they had fried cheesecake so I made sure to get some and it was wonderful! Also I loveeee their cute little custom Sushi Masa bowls for the ice cream top tier details. I’ll be back here every week now it seems like and I suggest y’all do the same! Thank you to the Sushi Masa Staff team for making my experience one to remember for a long time 🙏🏽

This was our regular sushi place. But this past year the service and quality has declined. They have canceled orders via DoorDash without explanation; they have given us the wrong order; and the quality of the fish has diminished in the last year or so while prices have gone up.

The sushi here is super good but the service needs major improvements. The male waiter we had only checked on us three times the whole night and was extremely rude. The wrong item was brought out and after asking multiple different people to see someone to fix it, we had to wait 30 minutes for our waiter to serve us with no manager in sight. Some sushi items come out rapid fast while others take 30 minutes at time to come out. Really love this place and hope things improve!

I went this past Wednesday 1/7 with some friends and my girlfriend. I got the ayce like usual and everything was going good until I ordered dessert. I was eating my ice and felt something in my mouth. I then realized it was a DIRTY FINGER NAIL. when I brought up to my server (who was great by the way) apologized and said he would bring over his manager. I waited probably about 10 minutes before the manager finally came. When he did come he didn’t even address, he only talked to my friend who so happened to be the only guy at the table. Even though multiple times he said it was my ice cream and I said it was mine. He barely even apologized and basically just said he doesn’t know how it got there because he makes sure all the servers keep their nails short. In my opinion he was making it seem like I planted it there or something. I’m a sever so I really don’t ever like to complain about anything but this was something I just couldn’t deal with. It was gross and unsanitary. The manager didn’t even offer to fix anything or make anything better. Just said sorry and walked away. Extremely disappointed
