Waste of money and dangerous to eat. The yogurth ice cream is overly sour and rancid. The fruits are clearly not fresh. When pointed out to the store attendant, they didnt even offer to change the ice cream, neither reimbursement. Extremely awful experience.

Was just checking this place out as I did not want any dessert.
However once I got a free sample of some of the yogurts, I broke down and I bought almost $10 of yogurt. It was that good. I would highly recommend

I use to love Swirl and looked forward to going to get frozen yogurt ice cream. I went and it was disgusting. The frozen yogurt taste like ice milk and sides taste old and like they have been sitting there for days. Wasted money straight to the trash

Me and my boyfriend went there for the very first time assuming that since it is located in a nice area ,it would be a good product. We were wrong! No AC! Really hot inside. Asian lady pretends to smile , but don't get tricked by that. She told my boyfriend to get some pineapple and mango ,which he proceeded to get and was charged 18$ for his cup . We ended up paying $31 dollars for 2 cups of "frozen yogurt "!!! I won't be coming back . I don't recommend this place.

very, very unclean bathroom, there were bugs EVERYWHERE I looked and it had to be at LEAST 75 degrees in there. service was not good, cashier was very rude and snappy and overall had a horrible attitude. the yogurt is delicious, but the fruit topping looked like they had been sitting out for multiple days.

Worst customer service ever. I asked for a sample, the Asian lady came out with sample cups and asked I will give samples you tell me which one you need indicating as if my family were not going to place order and just use her sample cups to eat the whole thing. More than her words, it was her body language and attitude. I have never been to a place where customers are treated like dirt. Never again. The whole time she was call with someone on her headphones and speaking in some Asian language. She was interrupted by us in her conversation when we entered the store.
