I am writing this complaint to inform you about an issue with my order today. This morning between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, which cost around $13.50. I clearly requested no meat in my food, but the Grilled Cheese Burrito was still made with meat. I have a meat allergy, so I had to throw it away. I only noticed the mistake when I arrived at my office, and I was not able to return. This was very disappointing.

The Kiosk is incredibly annoying. Counter personnel literally can't take your order but will come over to fill in the order for you.
Taco Bell has driven me to Burger King many times because of Kiosk ordering.
Stupidity reigns within Taco Bell management and it absolutely irritates customers like me so I suggest to my friends that they would be better served and served better if they go almost anywhere else.
Sadly, I really enjoy the food there every now and then but the Kiosk typically makes me go elsewhere. I expect you feel exactly the same.

Kempa was the Manager on duty and they served me a Trash taco I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat from there you might get sick.

There is no meat in my taco like at all. And very small portions of anything in my taco too.
The food was good especially the new drinks they have. We got the one with strawberries 🍓 and the other was also very good like a slushy. However, they did not great us or acknowledged us. The tables and the drink machine were very dirty. I actually had to clean myself to sit and eat. Also the place were they have all the sauces were almost empty. 😒

I came to this Taco Bell on July 11, 2025 ordered #3. I ate my food within 15 minutes and within the hour I was sick vomiting and diarrhea. I ended up in the Emergency room & the diagnosis: food poisoning and dehydration. This is my experience and effects from eating at this Taco Bell. Will never come here again.

One of the better ones I'd have to say. the tacos have been correct every time! I - WILL NEVER - like the whole kiosk thing. Pretty soon we all will have to validate our mother's shoe size, nuff!
