Made me wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and STILL got my order wrong. I had 4 burritos and just got 3…how hard is it to get that right? When I called they asked me to bring the order back to the store after I reached home so they could check.

This taco bell consistentky has horrible food. Avoid it. If you're in the Sugar Land area, I recommend going to the location on Highway 6.
Example: Ordered a spicy potato soft taco, the potato was burned and disgusting. Also the food was cold.

This supervisor Jose called my son at 9pm being very very disrespectful yelling at him because my son was trying to reach out to him for another co-worker. My problem is my son is a minor and I don't yell at him, Jose is not about to. This guy is not supervisor material he needs to be removed. I'm trying to let corporate handle it before I do. I will take this to BBB if need be. I need to talk to someone in corporate in regards to this or I will be forced to take this further.

Me and Ms WoodZ walked out of there ringing the bell so the city of Sugar Land could here us. The fountain drinks hit you in the chest, the good hurt. The food the crew dished out today was hot fresh and above great. This is the best Taco Bell we've been to in years. Rever, Chander, Roberto and Ma put it down while on the clock, up they pay for making this Taco Bell a treasure...WTZZ MOCITY, TX

Ordered my food, waited for it to come, it never did. Asked about it, was told to sit down. Still didn’t come and asked about it again, then was asked where I was (I never left the building). I told them this and then received a wrong order. I really loved this place and felt let down and betrayed today. I will return eventually to see if this location has reearned my trust.

Was excited to order a new menu item, asked for no ice with my refresher , ended up receiving ice, staff unfriendly in removing my ice, Friday night around 11 pm, young lady on staff was terrible with disgusting immature attitudes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! Unless you want subpar service . Drink was extremely watered down.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this specific Taco Bell. I believe she’s a shift leader, which is sad, but Keysee was super rude to us in the drive thru last time we came and I let it slide. Today she decided to be funny and give us a totally melted “freeze” it was literally water. It was 4 dollars wasted and I didn’t feel it was worth it going in there to fight with her about it so I just left. She is super rude all the time. I won’t be coming back to this location when there’s way better one’s not too far away. Get better at your job, Keysee.

Honestly the employees couldn’t get any worse I ask for a drink lid and they give me the biggest attitude when the lid isn’t at the stand. They act as if it is my fault and I would never come here again.
The food order was correct, but it's hard placing your order at the screen with a robot. They need human workers to take orders to avoid repeating yourself over & over taking up so much time.
