Ordered Crunchwrap supreme with beans and extra cheese. Literally trash. The service was slow and the manager who was counting the register had zero customer service skills. There was a young man who was very attentive and polite. He did have great customer service skills. This was around 6pm.

Waited a while for the bathroom because the employee was “cleaning” it, asked for water as I wait, had to go through a million things just to get a cup of water; it’s insane, how these workers are so ignorant as if a cup of water is damgerous to give out.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable service I received at your location this morning. At approximately 9:29 AM, I placed an order through the drive-thru. After receiving part of my order, I was told to park and wait for the rest. I waited patiently in the parking lot for 15 minutes without any update. When I returned to the drive-thru to check on my food, I spoke with a young woman and asked for her name so I could submit a complaint. Instead of assisting me professionally, she began arguing and initially refused to provide her name. Eventually, she stated her name was “Nicole,” though my receipt lists the cashier as “Keysee P.” I ultimately received the remainder of my order at 10:03 AM—more than 30 minutes after my initial transaction. This level of service is deeply disappointing and far from the standard I expect from your brand. I kindly request that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

FOOD POISONING!!! Visited July 11, 2025 ordered, ate and shortly after got violently sick. I have been sick with this for days. Ended up in emergency room … diagnosis food poisoning and dehydration. Sick. Lost days of work and relaxation dealing with food poisioning.

Disappointed with my visit. the new technology / speaker ordering is awful. It messed up my rewards redemption and the employee at the speaker box claimed she could not fix it due to the system. I then tried to order via app in the drive thru and she threatened to call the police if I did not pull forward. I requested a DM phone number and think I was given a fake number. I then logged a complaint on the taco bell website and have not heard back in 20 days. I will never visit this location ever again.

Nobody care about pick up order. Even i stay at front of front desk more than 20 minutes.after few month i come back to the store again.i order to go and ask for plastic bag.but store employee say don't have any plastic bag for to go......
