I’m always pulling up to Taco Fuego and this is definitely the to go to spot for anything Birria!The consome definitely has a loads of flavor and every time I’m here I get a nice portion of what I want! I believe the guy who’s always making good suggestions is Adrian! My opinion on this truck 6/5???

I come here often because this place has great food and service!! Portions are a good size. I got the burrito and it was huge !! The consomé and birria has great flavor! And the churros are amazing :) Definitely recommend!!!!!! ???

Just left from here and I have to say, I'm a little disappointed. They were out of almost everything and my friends couldn't even finish their order due to one person only being there. I understand being short staffed but we tried to add on street corn and was told to hold on and never came back to take the order, plus when I approached to try to order again I was told they were closed, on Google it says they closed at 10, it was 8:47. The food is great though.

Stopped by here 3 times now (Thurs/Fri/Tues) at 5:00-6:00 PM. I was told they would open shortly but no one showed up for 45 minutes. Food is great though at the Val Verde location.

We tried the flauntas, empanadas, tacos, and fries. This is good comfort food. Everything tasted great and service was good. The empanadas were salty but good. The fries had a great amount of meat. If you don’t mind calories and love tacos you’ll be happy!
