Great food and service. Amazing Chinese egg pancake/crepes.

Surprisingly, really good

Good food, has home cooking vibes, but a bit pricey for what you get, especially since there are so many tasty foods in the shopping strip.

The food tastes relatively light, the portion size is not large, and considering the price, it is not cheap.

Small place, but good food. Very nice people that work there. Milk tea tasted good.

A delightful little spot serving up classic Taiwanese breakfast fares. The warm milk tea was not overly sweet, and the sesame pancake and soup dumplings were made fresh in the open kitchen. We’ll be back soon!

Taiwan style breakfast in Sugar Land! This place has been there for a few years to serve the community with traditional Chinese breakfast. Must try their Rice roll, freshly made pancake, noodles, and soil milk drink - hot or cold. It has a friendly and casual environment, located in a shopping area of mostly Chinese restaurants and grocery stores.

Only rice balls are OK, other dishes... not so much. Do not expect authentic Taiwanese food here, the noodles and rice dishes are very bland, and 4 of the 8 soup dumplings were already torn when served. Short-rib in short-rib noodles was cold, obviously microwaved from frozen. It was so tough it's not edible. Soy milk is also extremely watered down to the point of tasteless. Will NOT recommend anything other than rice balls.

So far, my favorite place for xiao long bao in Houston. The soup exploded in your mouth as soon as you took a bite. The fillings were not too fat and the dumplings skins were at just perfect thickness. The braised pork rice was super comforting although it’s not exactly the same as those in Taiwan, I will still come back for it!

Rice roll is good. But a little bit pricey tho.

I like to come here for their portable, filling, and flavorful double egg pancake. It's like a savory crepe with an Asian flair - absolutely fantastic. I also regularly get their iced Americano, which is way better than the equivalent from a larger coffee chain, in my opinion. It's a great breakfast ?

Everything else I've tried from this place has been great. I highly recommend.

Do be aware that there's usually a wait and that you may need to research some of the menu items if you're not familiar with Taiwanese food.

Pros: Great, authentic Taiwanese food; good value; polite staff.
Cons: Wait times can be long.

I've come here a few times the past couple of years. The food is flavorful and made fresh. They have a nice assortment of rice rolls, so you are sure to find one you like. Their other dishes are great too! The prices are very affordable and have not increased in the past year like most restaurants.

The only downside is that it may take a while to get your food. I have visited on different days of the week at different times. When they are busier (Fridays and Saturdays and late morning onwards), I have waited up to 45 minutes for my food.

Definitely worth a visit!

Place is tastefully decorated, casual and comfortable. The staff is prompt, friendly and enthusiastic. The rice rolls are well seasoned and prepared. The ingredients are in line with what's used in Taiwan. The congee is also quite delicious. Online ordering works and will save some time, as each order is prepared. Glad to see they opened a place in the area. Great savory breakfast option.
