Wow this place is amazing. I had the mango smoothie with the tapioca balls in it. It was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. The place is decorated very nicely and there is a little table with a screen on it where kids can play while waiting for their order. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were here for the first time in our datenight, and we had a great experience. The employees were very nice, guided us to the menu, and made good recommendations, smiled, and had that good vive. We're definitely coming back.

Its a love hate relationship I have. I love the drinks and shaved ice. I hate the fact that I can't order ahead or phone orders. What's the point of having the app? I've ordered so many times but I never get points because you only get it through ordering on the app. If another place have as good as drinks and I can order through app or phone orders I'd definitely hace to delete their app and not come back. So for the time being ill be going when I pass through.

I've enjoyed Teapioca Lounge since the first location in Austin area first opened many years ago. I really like the focus on the tea flavors - something that many boba places kinda wash out with milk.Disclaimer: owners have since changed. When this location in Sugar Land first had their grand opening, I was pretty taken aback by the owner who was there for opening day who shared that they were going into this because they thought boba was very profitable. I just didn't like that it wasn't an exclamation of love for boba and stuff. They also dismissed the boba competition in Sugar Land. This location really struggled with consistency (too watery, too sugary) and the drinks weren't what the first location was like. So I stopped going.Flash forward to now there was a change in ownership - I don't believe I've met the new owners - but the drinks are consistent and taste just like the original location. The guy at the counter all the reviews complain about - he's fine and been there forever. I think all the employees are pretty nice. Maybe some customers are expecting super bubbly, boba consultants to advise you on the drink in impeccable English...but I mean it's just one boba drink of your life and the employees are already very patient with the customers that take forever to decide what they want.My favorite to get is the oolong cream blastea with 50/50 sugar and ice, with boba of course. You will have to wait for them to steep it fresh - and it's SO GOOD and worth it. I also enjoy the black cream blastea for something basic.I regularly get the large size to sometimes split or finish all by myself. It's a hilariously large size - literally double of the regular size. Oh also if you have a bad habit of chewing straws...the straws do crack and break...so try not to chew on it.Parking is plentiful and so is the seating inside. Like the original location, I think this place is well suited to study in with plenty of plug outlets and not much noise/chatter.If you frequent here, consider stocking up on gift cards when they go on sale and get the app to earn points!

A sweet little stop, the first experience was stressful as for someone with anxiety and having never tried a place like this before i didn't have a clue what to order. i know it's a drink shop but it can be triggering if you have severe anxiety. first stop my husband was happy with his order while i just picked something at random when the person at the register kept glaring at me but after that first trip the staff was always helpful and nice. I even learned later you can pick any kind of flavor you want to go in your tea! now this is a definite go-to stop when wanting a nice relaxing tea with friends.

I come there 2-4 times per week to get work done. And the place is always clean & quiet. Owner is from Hong Kong, English isn’t the best, but he seems pretty chill.Other than that, the workers are always nice to me
