This restaurant is located by the entrance to a large Asian supermarket. It used to be a different restaurant, few months ago, this new hotpot restaurant was opened in this location. The food is good, the interior is great and staffs are very polite.

Been here twice. It's in the space that used to be courtyard cuisine, so decor is very nice. The service is very attentive and the food is consistent and delicious. Recommend!!!

This is a chain from China that has a location in Bellaire food street. Now there's a sugar land location inside the Jusgo. Essentially you can pick your broth and you get all the aspects of your soup on the side and dump them in the broth yourself. There's many options for broth. I tried the MaLa one and the spice was legit, a little too spicy for me, so if you don't like super spicy things then I would recommend trying one of the more mild soup bases. They also have a lot of apps to choose from. The wood ear mushroom is very good.

Located just right at the door of Jusgo, the decor is the same as the previous restaurant. It is a small restaurant. The menu as a whole is rather confusing. The page with the appetizers and drinks somehow is the main menu. The other side of the menu is all over the place. One wouldn't be able to tell the difference at a glance. The concept is like a mini solo hotpot without the fire under the pot. The ingredients are limited too. I had the xiao long bao, and the original pork bone soup. The xiao long bao skin was a little thick and there wasn't much soup in them. The pork bone soup was ok. The flavor wasn't deep enough. The ingredients came cold. There were only 4 thin slices of meat, but a small bowl full of noodles. I would prefer more meat than noodles. Service is non-existent. Even though I was the only one in the restaurant, calling repeatedly for a staff to take my order was tiring. The staff were at the front (only 20ft away) chatting away, thus couldn't hear me calling for them.

Flavor wise is same as other 10 seconds, service is good. The only thing need to improve is the qty of the appetizer. We ordered popcorn chicken and sesame balls, comparing the amount being offered is Katy location, this is like half of the size but with same price which is quite disappointing. Hope that can be addressed with management, coz I have talked to other friends who went both locations (Katy and Sugar Land), they have the same experience.

This is a popular place with a unique take on noodles. We opted for the make-it-yourself option where you choose a soup base. The broth comes out piping hot in a stone bowl along with all the ingredients. The thinly sliced meat and proteins go in first, followed by the veggies and sides, then then noodles. The broth is packed with flavor and all the sides are fresh. Best thing about DIY is that you have full control over what ingredients to add to the bowl. The waitstaff is attentive and will happily guide you through the menu. Additional the price is great for the experience.

I loved the Cross the Bridge Rice Noodle! You can choose from several different soup bases, and it comes with an assortment of dishes and noodle that you cook in the boiling soup, similar to hot pot. The atmosphere and staff are very nice, and the noodles are filling!
