Me and my family love going here to eat, but I needed to leave this review for a reason. The reason why is a reminder to wash your silverware throughly, because in this picture, you can see that there is some weird leftover food that they did not scrub off enough. We love the food but that was just gross.

An adequate Thai restaurant, food portions modest to what used to, prices reasonable. The service is ridiculously fast, it felt like food arrived before we’d ordered, so we were in-ate-paid and out before we knew it, not ideal for our night out with our Mom, but not the restaurants fault. It just is a slightly utilitarian, eat and go place with a somewhat out of place, bolted-on frou frou bar as part of the offering. The kids portion of chicken nuggets was frozen HEB fare and definitely not worth the cost, so rather share.

Average Thai restaurant.
Good food. Spice level is too high. I ordered medium spicy. Don’t know whether they gave me medium or spicy. I spent too much time drinking water to cool me down … haha

It angers me that Thai restaurants charge so much for their food but don't fill up the containers for takeout orders. $18 for a dish of vegetables and fried tofu and the container is 80% full. This rarely happens at Chinese restaurants. Either add more food or get smaller containers. Arrggg
The fried rice is kind of oily and the rice is just okay.
My previous review was very good for this restaurant. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I won't be returning anytime soon.
Other than my brown rice being cold the food was delicious. It's a very popular Thai restaurant in probably some of the best Thai food in the Sugar Land area

I recently had dinner at Thai Cottage in Sugar Land, and it was an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
Chicken Rolls:
The chicken rolls were light and crispy, with a savory filling that paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. It was a great appetizer to start the meal.
Fried Rice:
The fried rice was tasty and cooked just right. The seasoning was spot on, and the portions were generous. I appreciated that it wasn’t overly greasy, making it a hearty and flavorful dish without being too heavy.
Pad Kee Mao:
The Pad Kee Mao, also known as Drunken Noodles, was the standout dish of the night. The noodles were soft and chewy, soaking up the rich sauce. The dish had a pleasant spiciness that lingered just enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming the palate.
Yellow Curry with Shrimp:
The yellow curry was a comforting and creamy dish with tender shrimp swimming in a mildly spiced coconut curry sauce. The shrimp were fresh, and the curry itself was rich and satisfying, with flavors that balanced well together.
The service was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you’re in the Sugar Land area and craving some solid Thai food, Thai Cottage is definitely worth a visit!
