Always such an amazing time at this amazing and inclusive place. Zachary Clark would have you believe it doesn't except everyone. His lack of ability to cleary read and understand simple tasks on a karaoke sign up seat is utterly abysmal. Come to this amazing establishment for a very enjoyable experience. I have regularly been coming here and between ambiance and and amazing drink options this is the absolute best establishment to come and relax. The amazing staff makes you feel like family.

Been coming here with my husband and our friends for a few years now always been a lovely experience getting to play games and karaoke and any number of events they host theres always something to come out for. Can't dance like I used to but the line dances are always fun. Never felt any discomfort being myself here. 🏳️🌈 ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜

I dont know what the last guy is saying there was a karaoke battle there was 2 sections for regular karaoke and karaoke battle. It seems to me the guy was mistaken for regular karaoke because they had already started the karaoke battle. I saw the whole incident happen and the staff has been nothing but kind to me. Idk what that guy problem is.

I signed up for karoke an hour before sign ups closed for kareoke battle. No one told me there were two lists. They refused to change it without explanation. When they had no issue doing the same for others. Give your business to people who don't discriminate against you.
I can't do anything to fix the discrimination, except for leaving this review. I'm sure it won't change their culture or matter. Their drinks are overpriced. Their staff ignores you. You've been warned.

I was here this past Saturday to see itzakaiju for the first time. They were awesome. The atmosphere was nice, food was good hot, fresh and bartenders well awesome. Definitely plan on coming back

This is a great place! It's the perfect place for anime fans. The figures are big. You can enjoy alcohol. There's a stage! 🎙️You can sing karaoke. It's a great place for friends who love anime to gather.✨

It’s a really cool place but the best part was that we asked the game manager to put MSI league of legends on screen in the back and he did it for us! We are definitely coming back for Worlds.
We didn’t get to try the food but drinks were good.
This place is cool if you like anime or gaming the atmosphere is awesome lots of cosplay and karaoke. They have an area set up for gaming and tournaments. The workers are super friendly and they have food which is nice. I've only tried these loaded fries which were so good! its an epic place hangout.

Okay to begin with the bar in general was good. Good drink, and good service only reason I give it a 2 is because yall have to much people singing. I be wanting to just go chill and vibe with good music, I don't want to be hearing people's crack voice every single song 😭. If yall would limit it like 1 person every 30 minute then this bar would definitely get a 5 star. But as of now it stays as 2 stars.

Bartenders need to be more aware when to cut someone off. When we arrived before 8pm, there was a guy 6 shots in, and the bartenders continued to serve him more shots after. He vomited an hour later in front of the video games that we were playing, and he was escorted out. Please be more aware of how much you're serving to your patrons and to notice when they're passing their limit.
Overall a very fun place to hangout tho! This experience was not great for a first time visit, but may come back.
