The experience of being there was awesome, place felt really welcoming to be there and the two people that helped us out Caleb and Serene were honestly some of the kindest people and gave us some of the best service I’ve ever received.

Soo I called and made an inquiry for an add on to a cake and got insulted. The person who answered put me on hold (without putting me on hold or mute) and began ridiculing me making the request in the first place. It wasn’t even an outlandish request- just to add icing to a cake. Didn’t even sound like she covered the receiver- I heard every word. I called her on it- didn’t hear her even fake an apology so I hung up.So unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t support this business.Could have said no, but having nasty attitude towards potential customers is unacceptably gross to me.

This is not a good cake pop. Sorry don’t waste your money. It’s raw on the inside.

The cupcakes are super moist and fluffy! I love that it's not too sweet and the mochi donuts have a great chewy texture too. I recommend the red velvet cupcake and matcha mochinut.

I go strictly for the pistachio macaroons 10/10. Recently I tried the Mochi confetti donut and wow. What a perfectly made moist mini Cake!

came in the other night, hadn’t been there in years! Cupcakes were as good as I always remember, and I used to get cake pops, but this time I wanted to try those mochi donuts. I had heard so many good things about Mochinut, but never got to try it and after trying these ones lol I’m not so sure I would want to. But I’m told mochi nut is completely different. The ones here were nasty. I did not like the texture at all and the icing itself on the spring and vanilla one was quite bitter definitely would not get again

Cakes are not the cheapest in the area. A dinosaur sheet cake for a 2 year old with 20 guests could cost 300 to 500 or more he said. I didn't get to describe what details I wanted. It was their first response to avoid wasting their time.I was lucky to find a better quality cake for cheaper and better service.

Friendly, helpful! Cute little sweet spot. Prices are good. Treats are yummy and shareable. They do have a few spots to sit and enjoy, no restroom for the public though.

We got 4 cupcakes (2 vanilla & 2 chocolate) and 2 chocolate chip cookies & 1 oatmeal raisin cookie using the Too Good Too Go app. We absolutely loved the bakery items. The cupcakes were moist and the frosting was a buttercream that wasn't too sweet. The chocolate chip cookies were small but they were legit like mom makes at home....well, my mom because she is a great baker. So very very good. The bakery itself is really cute and clean. A very nice space. The only negative was the customer service. The counter clerk was void of personality and no matter how much I tried to engage her in a conversation about the custom order cakes she remained stone faced with little to no response. I hope it wasn't the owner because there was no engagement in what was leading to a future customer for custom cakes. I'd think if you loved your business you'd be personable and eager to attract business. As I truly believe it could not have been the bakery owner, we will go back because the food was on point. If we have a similar customer service experience the second time well, there are other places to go.

Not what I expected for the price. Tasted like it was box cake mix and it probably is. I could make this at home for cheaper. The people that were working didn't seem too happy to be there either and it made for bad service. Won't be returning. Not sure what all the hype is about.
