Food was not good
How hard is it to make pancakes? Service was terrible the host even admitted that he forgot about us. After food was serve no one never came back to check on us.

Toast was a cute little spot and clearly the place to be at 12:30 on a Thursday, because Lord have mercy, it was FULL. Very much a 20-something takeover — trendy, buzzing, and definitely a brunch-and-be-seen kind of crowd. The vibe is very pretty with lots of greenery, wisteria, and that whole dreamy zen garden aesthetic — but let me just say, it looked like a zen garden and sounded like a sorority reunion. So if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing meal where you can hear your own thoughts… this ain’t her.

I had the spicy avocado toast and it was so dang good. The queso fresco and spicy chili oil absolutely made it. I also could not behave myself and had to try the chocolate chip French toast, which was delicious but sweet sweet — like dessert wearing a breakfast disguise. My only tiny complaint was the bread was a little thicker than I usually like, but it was still really good. They also had tons of drink options, which I always appreciate, and the service was good even with the place packed to the gills.

Overall, I’d definitely go back. Great food, cute atmosphere, and a fun brunch vibe — just don’t come expecting a true zen garden moment unless your inner peace thrives on noise and mimosas.

Blank nasty food, slow service. Food was beautifully displayed on the plates, but was so bland. Absolutely no seasoning and the El Jefe burrito was so dry I asked for sauce multiple times which was never brought. The service was extremely slow for the place to not even be busy and our drinks never got refilled. Also we were charged a tip included on our bills because there were more than 4 people, 6 total but two were small children. So be aware. It would have been fine had the service been up to par! For the service provided I wouldn’t have even tipped $2 bc it was so bad. If you like cute atmosphere, no service & bland unseasoned food that looks cute for an instagram photo this is your place!

The food here was excellent. The steak was tender and flavorful. They could have made all the green garnishment an option. The shrimp and grits was also a hit but didn't like the fact they placed the eggs on top of it. The mimosa flight is a must..

Had a wonderful brunch experience at TOAST Brunch & Cafe! The ambience is beautiful and perfect for a relaxed brunch outing. The food was delicious and fresh.
We loved the Sugar Rush Platter, which was perfect if you’re craving something sweet. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly and very satisfying. But the absolute favorite was the spicy avocado toast—so flavorful and perfectly balanced with just the right kick!
Great food, great vibe, and definitely a place I would come back to for brunch in Sugar Land. Highly recommend! ☕🥑🍳

It was generally ok. Food and service was lacking. Ambience was not there. Not worth the 40 mins drive

The food was so bland. My friend and I were excited to try this place as the food looked good and the aethetic was cute. However, the service was slow and the food wasn't good. We got the classic French toast, signature platter, hot chocolate and a coffee. There's something to be said when the hot chocolate taste bad. The service was slow to the point where I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for assistance. If the food would have been decent then this would a cute go to spot.

I've been here a few times before with coworkers and suggested to my husband to go recently for their lunar new year show. Place looked smaller than what I remembered as it's been years! We got there around 1230ish and it was jammed packed. There was a wait and the host when he came up to me, he told me about the estimated wait times, and I saw there were outdoor seatings and asked if we can sit there. He said he'll ask and left. I've been a hostess many years before and felt he was acting busy as he literally walked around back and forth, talked to some other workers then went back to the front IGNORED me while helping two other behind after me. I had to flag him down and ask him if there's a seating because I wouldn't have mind adding my name to the wait-list but he literally skipped me. He eventually said there a spot and sat us down outside.

Our server was such a sweetheart and running around the craziness while, I think she was pregnant. It did take awhile to get our orders taken but given that it was a lunch rush, it was understandable.

Wings and fries were basic. Some of the wings were broken and had a bunch of bone shards. Ube pancake (or waffle?) was delicious, I would come back for this. The glaze cronut was too greasy and wasn't much of a cronut in my opinion.

During the lunch because of how long it took to order and get our food, we were right smacked in the middle of the lion dance show. It was nice but a bit dusty and uncomfortable with the performers kept banging on our table and debris kept flying into our food. Luckily I was done eating but my kids were not...they didn't care though and had a blast watching front row show.

This was my first time here and I had a great time! The atmosphere was really nice— they had Christmas decorations up and the music was loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough so I didn’t have to shout to talk to my friends. The Kimchi fried rice was delicious! And Josh our server was very nice.
