I’ve deleted the app from my phone. I’ve frequented this place several times because it’s close by and the food is pleasing. However, more than not, it has been a subpar experience. Major blunders with my orders followed by a sincere, kind, unsaid “you get what you get” while acknowledging they messed up. I returned a full order. Just dropped it off it was so bad. Didn’t want a refund. No effort ever to correct. Mistakes happen ignoring them is intentional. I try to focus my patronage on small businesses, but I can no longer support this one.

The service was incredible. Very friendly staff. The only reason I gave it such a low rating. It’s because the sandwich wasn’t an incredible sandwich. It was ok at best. Very little pork meat on my sandwich. Not enough vegetables. More bread than anything else. Definitely would not go there again

10/10 recommend! The menu is simple, the prices are great, and the quality of the food is amazing. I ordered the pork banh mi and my boyfriend got the An-Hanoi, both were perfectly seasoned, and the pork was tender and cooked beautifully. Honestly the best banh mi I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The app is such a convenient way to order my one of my favorite Vietwich banh mi’s (lemongrass beef with extra meat, no jalapenos); it was ready when I arrived to pick up (approximately 7-10 minutes after ordering on the app). The customer service of the staff always exudes a warm, welcoming vibe whenever I arrive to pick up, of which I truly appreciate.
The bread was fresh and crunchy, and the beef was juicy and the perfect amount for me (I usually order extra protein to balance out the generous amount of bread). The other ingredients added to the already flavorful sandwich - from the crunchy veggies to the deliciously creamy house mayo.
Overall an smooth experience, definitely looking forward to my next order soon from Vietwich!

I absolutely love coming here not just for the food and the drinks but for the service as well. The employees here are so polite and friendly! The food and drinks are always amazing. My daughter and myself love the milk teas and I always get a coffee for my husband. The sandwiches, eggrolls, and bowls are very delicious and filling.

Great place for a quick but that is jam packed full of flavor! Met a friend for lunch and was able to split my sandwich and a Tofu… and man was I surprised!!! It was an umami bomb going off! The fried Tofu has the perfect texture and flavors that keep you wanting more. Looks like I have been converted!
