Had the Bahubali thali which got us to taste a bit of all the dishes & they were really good . best part was the spice level was on the dot not too spicy as you would expect with most indian restaurants

This was the best food I ate in houston. I had the bahubali thali and the variety was as if I was living in India. I really like trying a variety of food and I was able to pick all the options I wanted. I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10 ⭐️

I really enjoyed veg thali and chole bhature. Guys the taste was marvelous . The best part was chapati was amazingly soft !!! The service was really quick and pleasant. Worth trying for sure.

The Thali is different than the usual you get from others. Loving the selection and the taste! Sev puri and Pani puri did not cost an arm and a leg while maintaining the flavors, huge plus. Rosemilk may have too much sugar in it, going to dilute it with more milk or tea later.
I really want to come here more for the vegetarian Indian food. It is close to the house, great grocery as well. But man every time I come, the service is slow. I got two dishes and rice and waited 10 min cause only one of the.three people working could ring me up.

I'm loving the weekend tradition of visiting vipuls kitchen, the in-house cafeteria at Desi brothers. Every weekend, Chef Jacob presents a new menu ( Bahubali Meals) that's a delightful blend of traditional Indian flavors and innovative twists.The dishes are carefully crafted to remind you of old-school Indian cuisine.
What I also see is the real effort Chef Jacob puts in to make it different each time, and you can feel the emotional energy he pours into the food. Since many customers keep coming back, it brings more responsibility on him, and he takes it seriously. His people skills are exceptional, and his warm outreach to customers is rare to see these days.
It’s also hard to find some of the foods he serves anywhere else, which makes it even more special. Personally, I care about this because so many people focus on protein intake from animal sources at the expense of other nutrients, and vegetarian food often gets dismissed as having “less protein.” But meals like these show how vegetarian food can be deeply nourishing while reminding you of home
