ordered their new shakes , asked for a size Medium and I got something for like a kids menu. Ice cream is low quality (melted in a second) and strawberries felt artificial Wendys should work to give us a better quality of shakes

Food is as expected, but why it is so hot in there? It's unbearable to dine inside due to extremely high indoor temperature. Not sure if they are trying to save on electric bill but if it's already too warm for the customers to stay the working conditions can't be good for the workers.

Horrible. Cold nuggets, burger meat looked like they had it sitting out under a lamp for an hour, old, oversalted fries, barely any chicken in the wrap, mostly lettuce. Don't expect better food just because you're in Sugarland.

The drinks unsweetened tea were served to us at 1:30-1:40pm Friday April 25 We took a sip of our drink and tasted bleach and clorox strong smell came out and my stomach started to burn have reached out to store to let them know and they hung up on me I called cooperate and they have put me on hold . When they answered very unprofessional The cooperate team. Also didn't apologize for this horrible service we encountered but it's been notified to cooperate and district manager I pray no one gets sick and I am hoping i don't have to go to the ER from ingesting bleach from their poor quality control. This Wendy's needs a retrain and food inspection and teach how to clean machines properly

SCAMMING CARDS This store is using chip reader scanner that are skimming people cards they need to be fully investigated by management. I used my card at this location at 7pm they started to try and steal my money at 9pm and everyday since then my card has been trying to order food from places like door dash and uber eats. Be aware and report this company if this happens to you.

There burgers are super small. There fries have a weird taste, there ok the first 3 bites but after they start to taste off. The BBQ doesn’t even taste like BBQ, it has a sweet flavor, tastes like it could be sweet-and-sour. And there new cinnamon rolls don’t taste like actual cinnamon rolls. It has a taste of regular bread but it’s only sweet from the cinnamon that’s inside the bread itself, and they don’t actually come in balls. It’s just a big lump of bread.
