I ordered two sandwiches through the drive through menu. One was a sandwich with no accoutrements, and the other was just add bacon, but they couldn't get that right. Instead, I got two sandwiches dry, no vegetables. I will admit out of the three or four times i've been there.This is the first time they got it wrong.

I had to tell this lady my order 6 times because she didnt understand I wanted a sausage biscuit and honey butter biscuit and 2 seasoned potatoes... easy right... not for her. Then proceeds to give me a honey butter CHICKEN biscuit. When I go in her attitude is trash so I ended up just leaving. I understand the 2 stars now, also notice how nobody from Wendy's responds time to go to social media I guess

ordered their new shakes , asked for a size Medium and I got something for like a kids menu. Ice cream is low quality (melted in a second) and strawberries felt artificial Wendys should work to give us a better quality of shakes
Food is as expected, but why it is so hot in there? It's unbearable to dine inside due to extremely high indoor temperature. Not sure if they are trying to save on electric bill but if it's already too warm for the customers to stay the working conditions can't be good for the workers.

Horrible. Cold nuggets, burger meat looked like they had it sitting out under a lamp for an hour, old, oversalted fries, barely any chicken in the wrap, mostly lettuce. Don't expect better food just because you're in Sugarland.

The drinks unsweetened tea were served to us at 1:30-1:40pm Friday April 25 We took a sip of our drink and tasted bleach and clorox strong smell came out and my stomach started to burn have reached out to store to let them know and they hung up on me I called cooperate and they have put me on hold . When they answered very unprofessional The cooperate team. Also didn't apologize for this horrible service we encountered but it's been notified to cooperate and district manager I pray no one gets sick and I am hoping i don't have to go to the ER from ingesting bleach from their poor quality control. This Wendy's needs a retrain and food inspection and teach how to clean machines properly
