It’s fast food, so it’s not perfect. However this Wendy’s seems to be better than all the others in term of service, quality of food, and cleanliness.

SCAMMING CARDS This store is using chip reader scanner that are skimming people cards they need to be fully investigated by management. I used my card at this location at 7pm they started to try and steal my money at 9pm and everyday since then my card has been trying to order food from places like door dash and uber eats. Be aware and report this company if this happens to you.

There burgers are super small. There fries have a weird taste, there ok the first 3 bites but after they start to taste off. The BBQ doesn’t even taste like BBQ, it has a sweet flavor, tastes like it could be sweet-and-sour. And there new cinnamon rolls don’t taste like actual cinnamon rolls. It has a taste of regular bread but it’s only sweet from the cinnamon that’s inside the bread itself, and they don’t actually come in balls. It’s just a big lump of bread.

The store closed early during a crisis, a hurricane just hit the area and this place was one of the only food places open. While me and my family were eating, employees started locking doors so people couldn’t get in. They had no sign warning people of the early closing. If I could put zero stars I would. It is incredibly rude and insensitive closing early when people are in need. Wendy’s is not very expensive and most people can afford it.
Probably the worst fast food joint in the country. Unfortunately my kids love Wendy’s. 9/10 times my order is incorrect when I get home. Attitude to boot.

The young man at register was friendly, but his lady manager was rude. She didn't help my son when he tried to use his reward and the cashier already downloaded it from my son's app. She just firmly said, it's not there! when the cashier asked for help because it wasn't showing up anymore. She walked away, no greeting of any kind when she first appeared or thank you, she left the cashier and my son hanging. Needless to say, my son didn't get his order.

Service is ok but the professionalism is Zero! Were visiting family and wanted to tey local Wendy's since dinner plans got cancelled. Asked if everything was correct, they reassured me. Come home and find out the baked potatoe didn't come with chese, as i was charged extra for it. Run back across the street and seriosuly encountered the Worst experience ever. The lady at the window spoke NO english, she was confused as to what i was saying. Then another person came and asked me if i was SURE that it didn't come with cheese. Then they told me that it will be made right. Then the girl comes out and asks me to give her the other potatoe that's at home. Asked to speak to the manager, but he wasnt there and NO MANAGER on duty. Then she tries to explain to me that it wasnt her fault but the other people who made it. Very childish and unprofessional, really irritated me for no reason, created bad reputation for Wendy's. In the end the food was cold and their chicken sandwhich was literal cardboard, disgusting! Don't be fooled by the nice building.
