The new owners of Whataburger swore they would not change anything. They did. The fries are not the same and the taste of the burgers are slowly changing. Only thing that has remained the same is the food being cold by the time you make it home. Back in the day, I would eat inside the restaurant and the burgers were always luke warm. Memories...
Oh and the service at this location is always on point.

This is our second visit here, and when trying to request an iced coffee, we are told they can't make it. The manager doesn't seem to care,but instead seemed bothered we even asked. Also, she chased after us after informing her I would be filing a complaint. This establishment is very unprofessional and the employee's name was shairazia.

Don’t use your credit card or debit card there! I used my debit card 20 minutes later I am getting crazy charges from overstock.com luckily only one went through before my back notified me but they tried multiple purchases

1:30pm Online #8 DMJR, no onions, order, picked up a wet sopping horrible nasty mess.. thought I could wipe it off w a napkin. No. Just no. Called in to complain burger was ordered withOUT ANY MENTION OF SOME NASTY AF HONEYBQ Sauce...WTAF TEXAS?? REALLY? Order is offered to be replaced.... Go back out and get some kids Jr burger. No excuses, your parking lot was empty and 1 car at window, 1 SUV behind me.... I'd rather drive to Richmond
