They were so slow. The white girl with red hair working 12/15 at night time around 1am seems very lost & confused, she needs to be retrained ASAP. She also gave people the wrong order & had an attitude with the manager & customers

Visited the hwy 6 location and for the first time I dined inside. Was very pleased with the service Dacian gave me he was very friendly and gave great customer service. Place looked and felt clean definitely will dine in more often.

I feel like this girl Tiwa (Cealy from color purple) played with our food and drinks last night I ordered our food. She was very rude and disrespectful to the PA system. When I got to the window I tried to remain humble, and I realized that the customer service is just not was going to be good. We received our food and when I got home, only one of my sandwiches was in the bag and the large drink that I ordered, which was Arnold Palmer it seems as if she makes a soft drink with lemonade maybe root beer lemonade I will be reaching out to the corporate managers today because I feel like she was playing with our food and that is just not right I would advise anyone not to go to this location. I was going to eat my fries, but being that my sandwich was missing and I feel like my drinks have been tampered with I refuse to eat anything. I will continue to make a Google review every day until Whataburger reaches out to me and does something rectify this because this young lady is gonna cause for this company to get a lawsuit. The disrespectful part is when I asked her if me or my family had did anything to upset her, she said no, with a very grim and mischievous smile on her face that was so disrespectful that it made me upset to the point where I could not even walk in the store because I was not sure that I was going to be able to communicate without yelling or using profanity so I decided to leave that young lady should not be working at the window directly with the customer. She definitely needs training in customer service but I promise I will not let up. I will contact every family member and Friend. I have to do a review on the store every day.
