I have been coming to this place for many years, but the staff have become unbearable as of recently. One girl by the name of Danisha with red or purple highlights in her hair, questioned my order to me as if it bothered her. As a Jewish man, this is utter discrimination. She read my order and asked me "why?" to my face. Because I love the food? I expected better from a place like that, and shouldn't have to explain my order in hopes of getting it. Do better with your staff

These people do NOT know how to use the app rewards. Even an "operations manager" was there and didn't know how. When I tried to explain to him how other locations do it, his answer was "Well they're wrong". My reply to that was "Then why does it work for them and not for you?" Poor training and customer service at this location. They gave me unnecessary stress all over a free burger. Not worth it.

Every time I pre-order food for pickup there's still a 30 minute wait. What's the point in even offering it if you don't use it? Went this past time after ordering food at 4:20 for pickup at 5pm, knowing they don't make the food until I arrive, got there at 5:20pm and didn't get my food until 6pm. Booooooo!

I haven't found a whataburger I didn't like. This store is by our house so we stop by late at night. This time I had a jalapeños biscuit with sausage and cheese...I was wonderful! Definitely will get it again. My husband got a burger and fries. We are whataburger
Took way too long to get our food. Soggy onion rings and cold burgers. The tea was good and fresh though.

Ok so a few things:Food: The food is always good, the food never tastes any different and I have never had any items missing or anything.Service: I don't understand why there has to be an employee standing in the heat or cold to take orders when there isn't a line. And when there is a line, having an employee stand outside doesn't make going through the line any faster. Other than that, the only time I had an issue (for 30 min drive thru wait time) the employees were nice and respectful to me.Wait times: If you are going during rush hour and peak lunch/dinner times be prepared to wait. It is usually anywhere from 5-15 min wait time through the drive thru. I have only had one real issue and I waited 30 mins and had to go inside to ask for my meal, they had completely forgotten about it.
The burger is always good. The DP milkshake is amazing. We didn't get enough Ketchup. Often they forget to give us any.
