The brisket sandwich was dry and tasteless. I asked for the point cut. The smoked turkey was ok dry but a decent flavor. For $30+ it was not a good deal. Rarely do i through away brisket but it was truly un-eatable .

Service was awful. The bartender when she could be found was constantly complaining about working and other things in general.
The brisket was horribly dry, it crumbled apart when I tried to take a fork to it. The ribs had very little meat and the seasoning was over powering.
Worst BBQ I have ever had!

Really???? I really try to support Black Business. I’m a small business owner myself. But you guys really need someone with restaurant experience managing this place. It’s VERY unorganized, the food wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either. This was the SECOND chance we gave this business, after a not so pleasant first visit. So at this point we will not be returning. Really wanted to give these guys a chance. However, there are too many things that aren’t up to positive standards to ignore. Please do better

Food was pretty good. Brisket, sausage, pork ribs were good. Sides were alright. Service was excellent and drinks were great. Went for lunch...I would go back. Give it a try.

I went into the Williams Smokehouse BBQ and Blues to order chopped beef by the pound and was asked by the manager on duty that day December 6th and she asked me if I wanted it moist or lean and I said moist. She brought my order to me and when I got home it was sliced not chopped. I called her and asked why she did that and she said I asked you if you wanted it moist so you get sliced turning onto me that I made the mistake. I want the owner to call me and apologize to me for her actions and seek her gone. She is not a people person. The Williams Smokehouse BBQ and Blues needs to credit my money back to me because she got it wrong all she said is you got it it’s yours now.

I’m an old employee of here guys, I will tell you why this place has so many servers leaving and never staying. This place has a constant problem with paying employees it’s sad. When I first got there I saw people leaving because of the issue but they stated things would get better and temporarily it did before they started doing me exactly like how everyone else said they would, they would expect me to bend my back for them backwards and do overtime while they owed me money for weeks, then when an employee left because of the overwhelming amount of money owed to them they’d just hire someone else as if they don’t owe old employees.

This was our third time coming back (hoping that they have been able to fix many issues).

Unfortunately it was worse this time. The previous visit my entire family came and we wanted to sit inside, but the music was too loud. We sat outside and were each given completely different menus. Once we were all ready to order the waitress made us aware that most of our selections weren’t even available, because “they didn’t have these items right now.” (This was around 5:30pm)-when we finally reselected our meals, they came out with VERY SMALL portions, especially for the price.

We came back last night, hoping to see an improvement and to catch some live music. As we were seated I immediately asked if everything on the menu was available, the waitresses replied “there is no turkey and no chicken bites today.” I wasn’t to stressed and glad I at least knew ahead of time. The drinks we ordered (regular old fashion) were so sweet and quite frankly just gross. There was only two other tables in the restaurant, but it would take about 15-minutes to get any drink. Seems like the bartender needs a LOT of training. When ALL of our food came out (party of 8)-the waitress leans over my son’s girlfriend’s shoulder and tells her that they do not have any potatoes (she ordered a loaded baked potato). Why wasn’t this known upon entering the Oder in the system!? By this time we had been there for almost an hour and a half already, so she didn’t order anything else. Still we sat waiting for the live music, which never happened while we were there, the artist just BLARED music over the speakers like a DJ. It was so loud that it actually made my teenage daughter cry. Oh AND there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom, but there was HARD CRUNCHY paper towels sitting on top of the empty rolls. So ghetto and obviously poorly ran. I spent over $200 last night for again, TINY portions… and I can’t even use some toilet paper while I’m there!? It’s a shame because we were rooting for them to succeed, but seems like going from a food truck to a brick and mortar was not the right move. Oh yeah, my husband also walked across the street to P.F. Chang’s so that we could have a to-go cup. We will not be back.

We were in town for a convention and bbq sounded good, so we gave this a try. We got there around 6:30 on a Friday evening. When we got there, it was very empty. Just us and maybe one or two other tables. We ordered drinks then when they were brought to us we had to stop or server to tell her we wanted to order food. Someone ordered brisket, but we were informed they were out of brisket, as well as all of the weekend specials, and turkey legs. Three of our four ordered pork ribs and sausage. I ordered wings without the sauce. Everyone else got their food and I was still waiting. We had to flag down someone to get refills on drinks. Half way through my friends meal, my wings showed up but with the sauce. I told them that I had ordered without the sauce. By the time my food finally came everyone else has finished. I was told that mine has not been put in with the others, then when it was put in she did it wrong. We sat with empty drinks and never got another refill. We waited for ages to get our checks. She brought 3 checks but forgot to split one into two. We waited forever to get that and our server never came back. We had to get a manager to bring us our checks. However it seems our table was rung up on the wrong table and she had to figure out what table was ours. We continued to wait and felt completely ignored. Finally we got the right tickets. We told our server that we each needed the receipt back when we paid. She brought three back, but not the fourth. That person decided to get up and ask someone else for it since we had been there for over two hours at that point.
I didn't taste the BBQ, but my wings were absolutely delicious. Probably the best I've ever had. However, the service was probably the worst I've ever experienced.

The reason this place gets 1 star is because the vibe of the place. There was good music, the interior is nice, and the wait staff is friendly. The food itself is horrible. The brisket was the driest brisket I have ever had. Tough, hard to chew, and no smoke flavor. The pulled pork was unfortunately also dry and the only thing that saved it was the BBQ sauce. The sausage was decent but the flavor was not anything to be wowed by. The potato salad tastes identical to a Costco tub of premade potato salad, they are just cutting corners to rob you. The macaroni pasta was cooked well but the cheese sauce was no more special than boxed mac & cheese. This does not meet any standard for Texas BBQ and was a waste of money. In the picture you can see how dry everything is. They even put a sprinkle of parsley on top as if that would add more sophistication to their terrible plate. I would not recommend to anyone who wants quality meat.

I’ve probably done 3 reviews in my entire life. I went back and forth about doing this one but this place needs the truth if it is going to survive. Service and atmosphere is good. Food is not. Drinks are not. Food came out room temperature. Mac and cheese taste and looked like school cafeteria, bread was stale, brisket was the thinnest sliced brisket I’ve ever had. It looked like it was put on a deli slicer. It was as thin as a piece of kraft singles cheese. Brisket lacked flavor. Probably more suited if chopped and tossed in sauce for a sandwich. We ordered margaritas. They had absolutely no tequila in them. It was mid and ice. I’m not expecting strong but I know when there is no hint of liquor. I’m not a person who ever sends food or drinks back so I just smiled and took my lesson. My 9 year olds brisket was dry and tough. He only ate the Mac and cheese. In my group the only thing that looked edible was the baked potato. The best thing on my plate was the French fries. The sausage was dry and thin sliced. Flavor was fine. I really can’t comprehend the concept. Who thin sliced brisket like lunch meat? Eithere owner is trying to save money or the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Buc-ee’s has better brisket. I want to support local businesses but I have my limits. I’ve been to some of the top rated bbq spots in Houston and Dallas and while I didn’t expect that the quality wasn’t restaurant quality. The quality was backyard family cookout by someone’s uncle who “thinks” he can bbq. The brisket can be saved if u cut it properly and don’t send out inedible pieces. Quality control. Mac and cheese? Just start over from scratch. Sausage? Cut it properly and store at a temperature to prevent drying out. Drinks? New bartender. I’m going to assume he forgot to add the tequila and it wasn’t an attempt to save money. Our waiter was great and restaurant was clean and welcoming but people want good food. Seems like this place was to be a late night lounge or party venue.

The server, Jonathan, was very pleasant and professional. They restaurant was out of different items on the menu. I ordered a smoked margarita and it was seved without any smoke, tequila or flavor. I also ordered a two meat, two sides.Again, no smoke to be found and the meat was cold. The sides were luke warm, at best, and the bread that came with the meal was the end piece. I drove from Katy to give this restaurant a try. Based on today's experience, I will not waste the time, calories or gas to return. Great disappointed.

We will never know how the food tastes because my family sat at a table and was never served, a waitress asked us if we had been helped, we said no, and she never came back or anyone else. We got up and walked out, not one person approached us or asked us anything, 2 tables that were seated after us, were approached and served water.
I don’t think they even noticed that we left. In turn, caused a meltdown from our 5 year old.
