The place was dirty when we got there. There’s crawfish on the floor, a fries and an empty bowl with paper. Two people didn’t get their food for over an hour. They compensate for $20 credit. Manager tore a piece of paper from the receipt machine and wrote down my name and number. What if you loose that small price of paper? Got the $13 large gumbo but was very salty. I feel rack of ribs for $64 for 3 pounds with 4 small side is a bit over priced. However the server was amazing.

Pros:
-The atmosphere is inviting, particularly the porch.
-The food was ready quickly. (Be sure to ask for gravy for mashed potatoes if you would like it as it does not appear to be standard practice. Ours were served plain.)
-The server was a wonderful waiter and worked hard to earn his tip.

Cons:
1. You order upon entry as if at a fast-food restaurant, but you can’t pay at that same time.
2. You get your own drinks.
-Servers expect a tip as though #1 and #2 above didn’t just happen.

I’d prefer to order, pay at that time, and be given a buzzer to come get my food since the customer is doing everything else. Or if not a buzzer, just a food runner to drop food and go.This is their restaurant concept, which is their decision. For me, though, wanting to save money - it does affect my wanting to return anytime soon.

Absolutely fantastic place - the food is delicious, great beer and drink selection and good prices. The staff were exceptionally nice - one of the waitresses gave my daughters a hug and a popsicle and made their day - just a completely random act of kindness. They have a sand pit that my kids also thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be back

Second time here...
We ordered a Shrimp Po'boy, chicken sandwich and burger. I received the wrong chicken sandwich but did not want it to go to waste so I didn't complain. The burger was slightly soggy and barely warm. The Shrimp didn't have any seasoning but was a little crunchy. The chips and queso had a lot of chips but a very small bowl of queso. The onion rings were old.....chewy and soft batter. Willie's has one more chance at redemption and I will update when that happens.

Vegetarian options: Service was simply didn't exist that night.

"Very bad attention from the waitress, with the face of few friends but when it comes to bringing us the receipt to pay she came with a smile from ear to ear thinking about the tip, they should instruct the workers.
