For starters we were Willie’s regulars in Katy. One of our family favorites. Today we visited this location in Sugar Land with high hopes especially with crawfish and crab legs on the menu. Our order was wrong when it arrived at our table. We informed waitress and she tried her best to sort things out. The crawfish were terrible and shrimp wouldn’t peel. We purchased 3 lbs worth and a third of them were either the smallest ones I have ever seen or they were mushy.Unfortunately the Manager really dropped the ball and ran off a faithful customer today. Not one time did the manager visit our table. I know it can be tough to face the mistakes but it’s the right thing to do. Their way of saying sorry was to comp our drinks and small discount. The waitress said that giving us free sweet teas was the easiest way to discount our meal to not affect their totals and sales. Let’s just say we wont be going back.
The process of ordering food was a little confusing and a little too much . Just keep it simple is my advice. Order, eat,pay is easier
