My grandson loves chicken Wings so I went here when he was in town. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. The boneless chicken wings were not any bigger than my fingernail and I have small fingernails! Very disappointed and would not recommend your wasting your money.

Food was disgusting. These are actually the worst wings I’ve ever had. Everything was freezing cold. My fries were rock. Hard wings were cold and not good. I got hot lemon pepper and hot garlic parm, and they did NOT taste good. I’m so disappointed because Iv been wanting to try them. Waste of money. I rather spend $20 at wingstop for actual good food

Horrible quality and horrible taste. Food was cold I placed an order for 6:30 picked up at 6:38 you would expect the food to be warm. Nope cold as hell. To top if off they forgot my blue cheese as well

Use to be one of my favorite places to go. Been years since I have been here, most likely the last time. Service was horrible, bad attitudes, staff staring as you eat, wings over cooked. Cheapest ketchup they can use. Blue cheese still rocks.

After being a customer of 15 years, tonight was the last time I attend this establishment. I’ve visited so much that I know the manger and had a great customer satisfactions. I arrived at 5:00 pm to the restaurant and I had a party of 4 with me. First the waitress took 15 mins to even acknowledge our presence. She then proceeded to take our order and she did not place it in the system. Before I knew it, 4 other tables arrive after me and they all had drinks and food within 30 mins of their arrival. I let the manager know that it was 5:40 and still we had nothing but drinks. After 50 mins the waitress arrived with half of order. That first order of food was cold as it had been siting there for a while. After 6:10 we finally received the rest of the order. By then, I had let the manger know our situation to which nothing was done. After eating the meal cold and just having one of the worst times, we paid the check and left. No apologies, no remorse , not even a “we’ll do better next time” was said to us. I had noticed the service at all wings n things had started to diminished but I wanted to keep the hope that it was just me. I can honestly say that if your looking for a restaurant that values its customers, do not come to Wings n Things. Their customer services are not present anymore.
Horrible service we stood at the entrance for over 5 minutes without being greeted while servers just walked past us. I had to ask to be seated then we weren’t given any menus sat there for another 4 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order. Not coming back here again.
Great bilingual servers. Food was quick to the table and tasty. Santa Fe salad came with a large amount of seasoned and tender chicken, a hard boiled egg, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion and a good-sized portion of dressing on the side. Paper towel roll on the table replaced napkins--use as many as you need for eating sauce covered wings.

First time here. I had two wings that were mostly... Breading. Some are small and some are bigger but the bigger wings are mostly breading so... Eh. They barely had any flavor. The lemon pepper tasted so artificial. This place had a kid or four in every table. Kids were screaming and running around the tables and no one said anything. Pretty embarrassing.... The service was good.
