This was our first time coming here. We came when it was not busy. The waitress took forever to take our order after we told her we needed a minute as we had never been here. After we decided, we sat a good 10-15 minutes looking at our phones, looking around, drumming fingers on the table. I didn't want to be rude and snap my fingers at someone.
Finally get our order, and the mango habanero was not spicy at all. The lemon pepper, though shown on the menu as a dry rub, came out sitting in lemon juice and was too tart to eat, also soggy!
The fries had no salt at all on them. They charge extra for ranch to go with the fried pickles.
As far as the facility, they have multiple lights that flash and could be problematic for a photosensitive epileptic. They do have buckets with liners on the tables for bones to go and that are cleared after each table, so that was nice.
For the price you pay, it's not worth it at all.

Well, this was one if those times that my wife and I decided to try something local. We each ordered wing combos...so once we got home. The wings were warm...(we should have known something was up...the ordered was ready in 6 minutes.) The little piece of the wing not the drumlet was also counted as a piece. All the pieces were small and narly...very ill prepared...our order taker was friendly...but that was about it...people work hard during the week...and the times you don't feel like cooking. You shouldn't have to receive such poor quality.

I ordered the hot lemon pepper just the wings was $11.04 and very salty. My mom order honey bbq combo for $12.84 and the fries do not have salt on them and are stale.

20 years customer for this place. Usually consistent. And I understand mistakes do happen but the most important thing is how you recover and fix it. In my case Claudia the manager REFUSED to fix a batch of bad / stale wings. She won't refund the money, she won't deliver another order, she wants me to drive 20 minutes each way to bring back the crappy/stale wings and then she will fix it. Is not enough they screw up, now they're punishing me for their screw up? Well I just declined the credit card charges and will never go back to that place. How is that for business?

The wing flavors are unmatched, especially Hot (with garlic) and the Gold Fever. They know how to fry them to perfection with a crispy outside and juicy inside. The pieces are not steroid big like some of the national chains, but I find those extra large ones lack the flavor of a normal size one. The curly fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders are also very, very good. Service is always A+ no matter how crowded. My only real complaint is there is not one close to me.
This place has potential a little outdated decor wings are good but on the smaller side the sauces for the different flavored wings could use some work to overall ok place to have a quick meal
Manager was rude as hell. Fries were cold Wings overcooked. No humility for their incompetencies. They clearly don’t care about reviews. No one ever responds!!! Take your money and time elsewhere. They are not the place to patronize

If I could give this place a zero I would the waitstaff actually thought we ordered 6 oz ranch and blue cheese for fries. She never brought our wings and didn’t think to ask never again
