My wife and I usually call in and pay online for the store at 99 and 59 store in Richmond. My wife accidentally placed the order at the Lexington store in Sugarland. When I got to the Richmond store amd realized my wife jad accidentally called the wrong store, I called her to let her know. I meanwhile reordered. A very rude person at Lexington said they could not refund because they had already made the meal and she took too long!! I called up to the store and that same rude man started insulting me saying I sounded like a Michael, insulted me further and said we must be poor to demand a 20 dollar refund! He refused to refund . I left a message with the corporate office in Mesquite TX and will call them Monday. This person should be fired and my wife's card should be fully refunded. The guy at the Lexington st Sugar factory store said he hated the job anyway. This is inexcusable! Demand a refund, an apology to my wife and this guy terminated.

I have been coming to this location for YEARS but these past 2 months have been absolutely horrible. The chicken is undercooked and slimy. the fries have no seasoning and are undercooked. I call and ask them to please make sure the fries and chicken are done and they answer so meanly and hang up without letting me finish my sentence. I don’t know if there is a new management or chef that they have changed but they are absolutely ruining this locations wingstop. I still love wingstop i just don’t reccomend this location to anyone. Wingstop i hope you guys can fix the problem.

We took advantage of the Tmobile promotion Chicken Tender combo for .01 cent. When I tell you it was good, believe me. This location is good. The wait is about 15 to 20 minutes, and they give you a lot of fries.
