I went in there to try to order the 15 piece meal for me and My Husband to have lunch. Every question we asked man said he didn’t know. I don’t know. I’m not sure I’m I don’t know so My Husband finally just said OK well, never mind then and we left, but it’s ridiculous that we have somebody that works there that could care less about their own job or the customers that they’re serving

I stopped by for a quick lunch, and Jeimy was super attentive and helpful. The food came out really fast.
The restaurant was super clean, and the restrooms reminded me of bucces—they were spotless.
I would totally come back to this location.

I have to admit. I came here about 3 months ago and the wings successfully. Dry and way over cooked and the order took forever. Well tonight I placed an order and it said it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived about 10 mins later and my order was ready. I have to say wow they were actually the best wings I have ever had from Wingstop. However I did notice it wasn't the same staff. I give props to the crew working on 09/25 at about 8:45 pm. The wings were perfect and tasted great.

Bad customer service
Staff needs to be retrained on customer service, first time and last time at the Telfair location, got the 20 for $20, I usually get up to 3 flavors, I was told only 2. I filled out the survey for the small fry and turned it into the staff to be told they don’t do that, but yet it was part of the receipt…FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Boring atmosphere and very dry staff… there are much better locations than that one.

I had the worst service experience with Johana! First, when we requested extra wet wings, she told us that we couldn't customize our order. However, another staff member clarified that customization was indeed allowed.
Secondly, even though we arrived before closing time at 11:00 PM, Johana informed us that they don’t allow dine-in after 9:41 PM due to “store cleaning procedures.” While we were waiting for our order, she was on a phone call discussing a customer issue, which I found very unprofessional.
Johana does not know how to treat customers with respect!
My wife ordered food from here they took. They said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. I was there at 20 or 20 maybe 24 minutes. The food was ice cold I asked the person the food cold do you not keep it underneath the warmer and they’re like no we don’t keep underneath the warmer. We told him the given time they should be here. I asked them do I take this cold food is this? I’m gonna take it. I’m sorry this is how it is, customer service regards I mean we’re driving to come and get her food ordering it from this location had no courtesy. If at least let us you know one of the fries for you or do something nothing they keep nothing underneath the warmer. The food is ice cold never coming back to this location again customer service.
Thought we were eating at a Mexican food joint. Walked in and they were playing Spanish music. Wings weren't cooked all the way. Very little dry rub. Fries were over salted. Employees not very friendly.
I don't understand the hype. The wings were dry, over cooked from the outside and undercooked from the inside. I had the French fries with my Honey Mustard Dip instead. I've never had wings left over, my kids typically fight over them.

This is the best wingstop I have ever had … I’m not even trying to be dramatic. I moved back to Houston from San Antonio recently where I stopped eating wingstop because the quality of food at other locations and become so bad. But this one takes the cake. I don’t know who is in that kitchen but you deserve a raise!

I placed a to go order via the website. When I arrived the order was ready however I was handed a cup for my drink. When I turned around there was a sign that said NO ICE!!! When I asked the lady she said most people just don't take the drink. If I pay for a product I expect it. Plus this is TEXAS and heat index is around 112°. The General Manger should have purchased bags of ice to ensure Wing Stop customers were provided the cold drinks they purchased. The lady on duty acted like hey take it or leave it. This is not okay. Wingstop fix this.

Worst experience in my life!! The So Calle Manager Jamie was very rude and lack great customer service skills. I have never experience such racism in my life! I would never support wingstop ever again and you shouldn’t either!!!! I hope corporate fires all bad employees there. After calling first to place an order I was told I had to do in person and still be told I couldn’t do it!! Stay alway from this location !!!!!
