5 star food but 4 star service. I think it might just be that they are understaffed but when we walked in, there were no tables open. Not because it was filled with people but because they were filled with dirt plates, bowls, etc. Took a while for them to take our order, and even longer to get our food (when you mostly assume that pho comes out quick). When the food got here, we didn't have any utensils until we asked. recommendation is to just make things a bit easier for yourself - like have utensils at the tables for people to get themselves. As for the food, it was fantastic. BBH was great. Bo ne and bo luc lac were knock outs - even the fried rice was divine. Only thing we didn't like were the tofu bahn mi - just because it seemed like it was tofu skin as opposed to the thicker cuts of tofu we typically like.

Closest location for when I have a bò né or pho craving, but I prefer the Yummy location in Katy. Kind service, although sometimes understaffed during rushes. Great food, large portions. Classic viet go-to spot!

Decent pho restaurant. The broth was good and wasn't over powered with msg like other pho restaurants. Lots of meat as I want even able to finish the bowl. We also ordered some egg rolls and spring rolls. Both were on par and would satisfy your tummy if you crave for them. I'll try out their other dishes next time but for now it's really a 3.5 stars.

The definition of AMAZING. I've had pho in so many places, even other countries. For the last 10 years my husband and I have pho for date nights religiously. Not a single place I've been to before compares to this one. The broth, the meat and the service! Somehow even the temperature! My pho stays hot til the end? How? Idk but I am NOT complaining. Just go and try your pho with a short rib. Their chili oil is delicious. Rub some chili oil on the short rib and you will never go anywhere else.

My friend recommended this place in Sugar Land, a bit of a drive but it was worth it! Showed up at 11:20 am to beat the lunch crowd. Definitely short staffed as only 1 guy was working. Seated immediately and ordered #4 ($16) pho with ribs, filet mignon, tripes, meatballs, etc and a vermicelli bowl ($11)with grilled pork. Both came within 5 minutes after ordering. Very flavorful and rich broth; I love when broth was super hot! So much meat, maybe a lb in the bowl? It's like endless meat. Vermicelli bowl was refreshing with the usual carrots, bean sprouts, cucumbers. Good amount of meat too. Wonderful meal. There were 5 tables when we left and need to be patient since there's only 1 guy working in the front and 1 in thr back.

Man, the rib is huge! Very tasty! The food was really flavorful and the service was fast. I had the Pho and my friend had the fried rice and eggrolls. Everything was delicious and hot and the meat was nice and tender. Will be back. Everything seems like Texas size, from their Thai coffee to pho's, so full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall the place is nice, modern, clean and super friendly owner.
Food is good, but service is lacking. I understand short staff is an issue. But I usually come when its not busy. The workers are always in the back. They never really tend to you unless it is to bring you your order. If you need anything you would just have to wait until another customer walks into the restaurant for them to come out from the back.
