I recently visited Zaxby's at 1918 Wescott Ave in Sugar Land and was really disappointed. I ordered the Wings & Things Meal and a kids meal, but both plates barely had any fries—what a letdown! The tenders looked more like nuggets than the juicy pieces I expected. For what I paid, I felt like I got way less than I should have. It honestly looked like someone had already eaten part of my meal!
To make things worse, the drinks from the machine were gross. I was hoping for a nice meal, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. Not worth the money at all. I won’t be coming back anytime soon!

Terrible staff interaction waited 30 min for drive thru order. No explanation, everybody inside seemed uninterested in customer's waiting outside.

2 star across the board me and my family came to dine because we brag about Zaxbys from back home but this was nothing like it. We ordered wings and things x2 and a kids chicken fingers. The tenders were small and room temp. Which didn’t make sense considering only two guest were dining in the establishment. 🤔 There was no soap in the women’s restroom and took a while for someone to fix it so I had to wash my hands in the men’s restroom. Most of the soda options were unavailable. There was also a sewage smell in the restrooms. Every time they bring an east coast restaurant to Texas they always mess it up. Like Bojangles… we will not be returning…

I ordered the kickin chicken’s combo with no sauce and no ranch yet it came with sauce. I sent them back it took them 10 minutes to drop the same chicken in oil. I get home now the hot sauce is fried in my now greasy chicken. I’m wondering why my 5 year old is saying it’s to hot. What if he was allergic to the sauce. Your error I should’ve gotten fresh chicken

This is the slowest drive thru ever ! I’m the only person here and I had to wait 20-30 MINUTES For 5 TENDERS & fries ! Also my drinks just sitting in there with them getting WATERED DOWN! There manager must don’t care because it’s ALWAYS like this! Why are you even considered fast food if you cooking slower than RUTH CHRIS!!!!

Xavier greeted with us a wonderful smile as we pulled in to the drive-thru. I told him it was my wife’s first time eating at the restaurant and we were excited to check out their food. One of the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was very friendly and welcoming, and even made sure to let us know how important it was for us to have a great experience and for the restaurant to exceed our expectations. This kid needs to be in manager in training of some sort. Don’ t lose this opportunity to have a GREAT FUTURE MANAGER!!! 5 Star’s Baby
We had to use to women’s bathroom immediately and I had to breath through my nose. I told the 2 teenage workers and they said in a very monotone voice “ok”. I did not want to order food from a place that the bathroom smelled like a sanitation plant but my daughter, being a very blissfully ignorant teenager said , I still want my food. We ordered fried pickels, which was more fried than pickle and 10 piece chicken tenders, (which my starving daughter only ate 2) I really don’t think I’ll ever have to eat here again.

I literally had to drive 32 minutes to get to this place just to have the worst experience. I waited 20 minutes for two kids meals and 5 wing meal. I’ve been here before but this experience was the worst I would rather get some deli chicken next time instead of getting this terrible experience again.

Closing lobby one hour before the actual listed store hours and still keeping the door unlocked? So corporate says to start counting money one hour before closing with the doors open? Makes perfect sense.

I came in for dinner with my family and was absolutely blown away by the amazing service provided by a hardworking young man named Aiden. From the moment we walked in, he was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His exceptional customer service truly stood out, and we left extremely satisfied with the service we received tonight.
I hadn’t been to this location in over a year due to previous negative experiences with the staff, but it’s clear that significant improvements have been made. I’m thrilled to see the positive changes and will definitely be back, thanks to this outstanding young man. Great job!
