Let’s just say I don’t know who’s worst…Gabby or the manager of this location. Terrible attitude from the start all the time. Other staff members are nice but Gabby or the store manager if they happen to check you out…good luck. Food is decent but the customer service is TERRIBLE. They shouldn’t get any stars to be honest.

Food was fresh and very good, lots of choices and the serving sizes were more than plenty to fill you up. .

Wide variety of menu items, plenty of healthy choices for different diets (gluten free, keto, whole 30, Paleo...). Plenty of shaded tables outside on the front and on the side of the restaurant. Quick and friendly service. Curbside pickup is super easy, just park right in front of the restaurant.

Friendly staff, prompt food service. Wide variety of food choices at decent prices. The falafel isn't my favorite though.

I've ordered meals from them on a few occasions and have never been disappointed! Even delivery and takeout taste as fresh as they would for dine-in. My favorite is definitely the Spicy Chicken Kabob dish, but picking the sides is a tougher call, between the corn, rice, and roasted veggies. Great option for a clean and fairly low calorie, but very filling and satisfying meal.

Zoe's Restaurant on Lone Star Drive in Sugar Land is so consistently great that I go at least once a week! Everything is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, warm, and helpful. They do not have a lot of employee turnover which is nice so you get to know them and they recognize you if you come in as often as we do. Musa, the manager, is ALWAYS so friendly and multi-tasking to go and in restaurant orders, but finds time to check on every table. Outdoor dining is nice too. We highly recommend this restaurant and love all of the kabobs, salads, roll ups, yaya's cake, and chocolate chip cookies! We were impressed at how they handled business during the pandemic.

If you only knew what I experienced there ....,

This zoës location is one of my favorites, not only because it’s inside Sugar Land street mall, which is a very charming place, but it also because it has very friendly staff and they keep the restaurant clean and neat.Funny note: we brought my toddler few days ago and he was greeting all the staff in there (one by one in a loud note) and everyone was courteous enough to stop for a moment and great him back. That was very kind and funny at the same time.Thank you!

Bad customer service experience from a General Manager Musu Sanyang. Grant it was a busy lunch crowd. I was second in line to place my order. She took the customer’s order in front of me and then I was next. Not so! She left that station and went to another station and took two customers orders that came after me. I asked if she could take my order and she replied, “She will take your order.” I inquired who is “She” and she responded Darby will take your order. Musu turned around and continued fulfilling orders. I asked, “Where is Darby”? She called for her and she came from around the corner to take my order. I asked the rude lady Musu her name & she ignored me & told me to call her Regional Lead. She gave me her business card with her name & a number to call Ryan, the Regional Lead. I called Ryan but went to voicemail with no recorded message; so I don’t know if that is really his number or not. No professionalism at all. Rude and condescending. Not concerned about assisting me with order placement. Not indicative of a professional manager at all. Do better by your customers.

Their wraps were fresh, plentiful and delicious! We also enjoyed the pita and humus. Highly recommended!
