Every time I come through the drive through it is such a long wait. Only a few cars but they're not able to keep up with the demand. I've been to other Bahama Bucks before and the drive through time is never this long. They need to hire better employees.

This is the 3rd time I’ve came in and it’s been the same every time. I came inside to get my shaved ice and I understand they have online orders but I waited 20 mins the first time 25 mins the second time and 20 mins the third time. I asked for extra cream every time and gotten it 1 time. I have been to the Rockwall location several times and NEVER had these issues. On the third visit they did give me a free smoothie for the issues and I definitely appreciate that they recognize that things were not right. I don’t know if I will come back though… if they are truly that busy then they need more help!!!

Went in early Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their açaí bowls. Wish they had other customizable ingredients to personalize them further but for what it was~ it was quite nice ?

Every single time I come here since I noticed this new staff, my cups are covered in syrup, the wrong size, improperly made and just overall low quality. This area has gone down hill entirely, won’t be returning to this Bahama bucks, I’d rather make the trip to Rockwall where kids have a little more enthusiasm and better work ethic.
Love going to this location staff know me by blue challenger I go every day and get me a 44oz cup of snow . Never had an issue snow always great and clean location .

Place is pretty huge inside. Clean. Also have outside seating. Oh, they have board games if you want to eat and play. I got a Jamaican Rum. Super tasty.

I’m giving this location a 2 star because of the customer service I received today. I have been coming to this location since they opened. And never have I ever been treated less like a customer. Where do I start. When I arrived I was not greeted upon entering the door. The cashier never said hello can I take your order. She stood there looking at me as if I was bothering her. I told her what I wanted she said what size then ask if I was paying cash or credit.I then waited on my order. Once it was ready she never said thanks are anything. I get home my order was wrong. I go back and the cashier was in the back so another gentleman came and asked what I needed. I told him and he apologized and stated he would make my order over. Which I appreciate. Then comes the rude cashier from the back never asked if she could help me. She looks at me like what. I then tell her what happened she gives me a look as if I was lying about my order.Once my order was completed she brings it to me with an attitude. Then turns around and say something to the lady in the back who just smiled but never looked up at me.If you don’t like your job that’s your problem not mine. It’s called customer service for a reason.My money helps pay your salary. We as people have to do better when it comes to professionalism!!!

Went today and ordered three snowcones. One mini that said .85c any size, one small that said 1.25 any size, and one small creamsicle. Get up to the pay window and they say it will be 19$ and that the prices on the drive thru window are “out of date.” Clearly not coming back- this is very basic. You can’t charge a different price than you advertise.
