I just ordered from drive thru & my order got messed up; there were missing items in the order. It’s very unfair & upsetting when we sit in the car & order & not get our items in order after making the payment. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich. Upon returning home and opening the order, I was given a real spicy chicken sandwich. Called their number many times and it just kept ringing and after a few minutes it disconnected.Called over and over. Not even a voicemail to call you back. Beware, no customer service. Suggest you just hold up the line and open everything to check your order before driving away.
