Went in to pick up my order on 11/30 (Saturday), I paid online and no tip was added. Go in store to get my order and the guy asks for my name and hands me my food and I leave. Tuesday morning 12/2 I get an email from my credit card company asking if I left a 51% tip at Domino's Pizza. I immediately look at my transactions and that's when I realized that the employees took the liberty to tip themselves without my authorization. I go to the store spoke to the manager about the issue and showed him my receipt, and after 15 minutes of waiting he comes back and says all they can do is issue me a credit to my account because the payment had already gone through and they can't issue me a refund. After leaving I immediately filed a complaint to corporate and stated they should look into all of their employees because they could have possibly done this before to other customers. I have been to this location since they opened and have never had an issue with them till now. I don't understand how they couldn't give me a refund either. I definitely won't be back at this location.
The cheesy bread I ordered was good as always but the pizza was somehow a bit burnt from the top and the dough from the bottom was a bit under baked.

This location has been taking great care of my family of 7 since June when we moved into Sunnyvale! They’ve always delivered high quality piping hot pizza to us with great service each and every time! Highly highly recommend this location!

Pizza sat in the store for 40 minutes, got here dry as hell. Had to call twice, get put on hold for 15 minutes between the two calls, basically got told to suck it.
Ingredients suck. Diced tomatoes are just canned tomatoes, way to big.
Basically staff sucks, manager sucks, Ingredients suck

I agree with all the negative reviews. Management is an issue at this location. Corey to be more specific. His people skills are lacking and it shows in how he treats his customers. My pizza was made wrong. I was supposed to pick it up carside delivery at 7:09. When I arrived someone came out to let me know my pizza was made wrong and I needed to wait for another to be made. I told him I would wait but I wanted a refund. He went inside to speak with Corey who said he is the DM and Corey sent his worker back out to tell me no refund only lava cakes. I declined and came inside with my 3 small kids 1,3,5 all crying and asked to speak with Corey. When he came over he told me he could not give me a refund because he did not give me the wrong pizza physically. Since they caught it I don’t deserve a refund. I had to wait until 7:30 for my pizza inside with my 3 kids. Corey argued with me in front of staff and was very unprofessional. My pizza was made wrong, I was yelled at by someone who represents himself as DM of dominos telling me I will be banned from his store and I waited 21 extra minutes and I was declined a refund. Corey makes Dominos look bad and they need to look into him.

I have ordered at this store atleast 3 times and I have to say it has been disappointing everytime the problem is they are skimpy on the meat no matter what you order. My Philly cheese steak was full of cheese and very little meat my pizza had literally like one pepperoni some slices 2, today I ordered 2 pasta dish bowls and it was nothing but pasta very very little chicken. And this was made by the GM herself! It's not right I have never had this problem with the Dominoes on Town East and Gus Thomasson.

By far one of the worst customer service.
I ordered on line and I received this joke, so I decided to go back and request to spoke with a Manager
A young girl claimed to be , so I told her that I was looking for a refund.
Well, Not a single word came out of her mouth, she just hand me cash back.
Come on. Not even an apology ( no need a coupon or a discount ), at least as a manager please try to bring back business to your store .

I went to the store on Sunday evening 4/20/2025 and as a customer, I expect a business to be prepared for basic transactions, including providing change. The lack of assistance and the dismissive attitude I received made me the experience frustrating. Also I believe she charge me even more for a simple medium pizza because i ask first how much it is and she said it was $12.99 and after i made my order she charge me $15. I hope you can address this issue and resolve this matter.

Last three time we're terrible, first was wife's pizza was burnt,next time very little meat on her pizza, this time order extra meat on hers and looked like less than pic on internet for single topping. Showed to worker and she said there was extra meat It looked like two teaspoon of beef.We have decided not to try this location
