HOPE Coffee Sunnyvale

Everything I’ve ever gotten has been great, but if you’re in a rush, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. They are slow as molasses. From the moment you order, it takes 15+ minutes to get your order. GO INSIDE. I go to the drive thru often, mostly because I have the time to spare. lol

I really like this place. There is a huge space for the kids to play, it is always super clean, the food and drinks are good and staff are nice.

Great food selections. Plenty of places to sit and study or have a relaxing time with friends. The green space is nice for kids.

Love this coffee, many drinks earning 5*, and the fresh food close, packaged I am not familiar with. I will go of my way for this coffee over the more common and prolific chains who I would rate the most prolific 3star and others 4 compared to the high bar Hope sets. I just had one of their Barista Battle coffee drinks, French Toast, hot, and it was a star and a half above 99.8% of all past specialty presentations. The service is so friendly. And they don’t do tips so the charity box got that. Their staff seems to hardly turn over so management must be great. This is the go to for me, and I am sure you would not be disappointed with most choices, when I travel U.S. 80 or around Sunnyvale or SouthEast Mesquite.

My review isn't for food or drinks. Its for the service i received for renting the space. I reserved the Hope room to host a vision board party for a group I'm apart of Geeky Girls Dallas (if you're a nerdy girlie of any kind follow us on fb and IG). The whole process was flawless. From the manager Lindsey. To the booking lady Alyssa. To our Barista Holley (forgive me if I spelled it wrong). Our party was a success. The seating areas inside and out are very nice. The price isn't bad at all. Very clean. The gentleman inside and Holley helped us move a few tables and chairs around to accommodate our small group. Overall it was a success and I would definitely use spaces here again for other event. Thank you.

I’m conflicted on my review and soon you’ll understand why. I frequent Hope Coffee in the drive-thru regularly in the morning and I am without fail welcomed with smiles, compliments, light small talk, and even reminders for my frequent-use stamp when I forget. My coffee is always made to order and tastes amazing when purchased on my morning commute. I quickly found however it’s a different story when purchased any other time. The coffee just didn't ever hit right (bland) but I’m reasonable and adjusted by ensuring I got my cup of “joe” only in the morning. Ok! I know and I’m getting there; thank you for staying with me.
I conduct a random review of my debit card purchases and see on my banking statement a duplicate charge for $13.47 from Hope Coffee. I select the options to communicate it was a mistake and my bank wants me to report fraud and will send me a new card number. I decide to cancel the transaction and figure I’m better off frequenting Hope Coffee for the resolution especially since the err was caused by Hope. Wrong! 20 minutes wasted waiting for the transaction reversal and still walked away without my money. I wasn’t offered a complimentary water, a small beverage, chip, and my money was not refunded. I showed my card and the err to no avail. They did ask for my name and number but offered no expectations/explanation on when I’ll receive the extra money that was (I’m sure unintentionally) taken from my account when I gave my debit card to the clerk from the drive-through window.
There is a way to provide excellent customer service and most especially when you are in the wrong. Hope Coffee manager does not understand the assignment but I won’t return. Not even for the money not returned. I know I’m worth better service when things are well just as when there’s an issue.

Caveat!! If paying with a card, go inside and watch the swipe or just pay with cash!

It’s got a cool vibe, great outdoor space and the inside is comfy. The coffee is good and they have a great assortment of tea, most of which I’ve enjoyed a lot. Service is always friendly and they show familiarity with repeating customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this coffee shop! We come here every week with a group of ladies and hang out, have a coffee, then go for a walk in the park right across. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

Love HOPE Coffee Sunnyvale. They have the best team of baristas and chefs. My favorite is their cold brew with heavy cream. My husband likes the breakfast taco with sausage and added hash browns. Genuine and friendly atmosphere here.

HOPE Coffee is my favorite place to go and reflect with a large Honeycomb Latte. HOPE is worth the drive from Caddo Mills.
