Ordering a plate with three entrees Two broccoli beef and one honey shrimp Once I open it at home I find only broccoli with three small pieces of beef 😂😂 the worst restaurant evere never go again. Don’t wast your time and money.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I wish there are 0 star choice I can give

Terrible food and service. Today (Wed Nov 19, 2025), I arrived at 11:15 am. Went inside to order three bowl items. Half of the menu items serving bowls were clean from not being filled or used this morning, and most of the other menu items serving bowls were either empty or near empty. I had to wait for the server to get off his cell phone to take my order. They had to cook an order of string bean chicken breast for me. The kung pao chicken looked and tasted like it was left over from the day before. And there was no grilled teriyaki chicken, so I had to take something else for the third item. The chow mein noodles were cold and chewy like it was left over from the day before. This is the second similar bad experience I've had at this same store location.

Everyone was very nice but the food was horrific. Especially what was supposed to be chicken teriyaki. It was mushy and had a horrible bland taste. It ruined everything. My son got the same meal and he had the same impression. We had to throw it away. Please fix it.
I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Oliver! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and handled everything with such professionalism and a smile. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond in customer service these days, but Oliver truly did. He made my visit smooth and enjoyable, and I left impressed not just with the food, but with the service.

Food was great. Every time I go to panda Express I always get a large ice water to go with my meal, usually I get told there is a 99¢ charge with a big cup and I'm fine with that. This time they charged me for a full priced fountain drink and when I asked why I was charged for a full price fountain drink I was told that just what it was. That was a little aggravating but I accepted it and went on about my day.

We’ve been to this location many times and majority of the time we have been disappointed. Wanted to try one more time and give it another chance. Without fail we walk in at 8:45 and they close at 10. We waited to have food cooked fresh since they were out of most items. The sweet tea was sour and by 9:15 the manager pulled the unsweet tea container away from the counter, possibly its empty but there is a lobby of 10 people and no more tea for those that drink it. Not impressed with this location.
