Ordered online for pickup. Ona pizza WITHOUT toppings at all! No sauces we ordered. No way to get ahold anyone in 5 min after preset was picked up. They don’t care. Don’t order there. You don’t want to eat plane pizza with just barbecue sauce in it.

Disgusting! I moved to sunnyvale 9 months ago and have ordered here three times. I would rather drive to garland or mesquite for better quality pizza. I ordered hand tossed pizza and my pizza was ridiculously thin. To top it off it only had marinara sauce on by the crust and not spread around the whole pizza. Please for the love of god DO NOT EAT HERE!

Cook your crust to golden brown not white! Absolutely baffling that this location can stay open selling sold half cooked pizzas!
I've been stuck with this 'new' location for delivery since it opened. It literally costs more than the Cartwright location and the food is never cooked well. They also use door dash for delivery so it's always cold (no pizza warmers) and they don't give any discounts when you have a missing item in your order.

I’m sick of this Pizza Hut the DoorDash drivers to young in slow always Cancel your order. I can’t get my money back on my card I ordered Friday 5/23/2025 and the service was bad. Never gone order from them again I always have problem from them and I’m was a regular customer that buy from them a lot never again.

**If you have kids don’t eat here ** **Management Sucks** Worst experience EVER they didn’t deliver our breadsticks, took 30min past the delivery time, pizza was cold and 2 of the 3 pizza’s we ordered did not have the correct topping’s. When I called to let them know what they messed up the ignorant manager Russell (with no Last name) refused to issue any type of refund unless i returned the pizza’s to the store. I explained i ordered delivery because i did not have a way to get the pizzas myself. My three children couldn’t eat pizza with jalapeño.

When I walked in everyone was so busy. I stood there being patient waiting for my order to be placed and no one ever came I walked out and as I got in my car that’s when everyone started moving around one fella shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to do what he was doing.

I had to start getting pickup at the older store off of Cartwright because this is the only location that delivers to me and the food is never fully cooked and they never deliver your full order. The drivers are from DoorDash so they don’t care about helping people with refunds either. It’s a whole process. My pizza crust was white tonight and I had to drive to the store to get missing items not delivered. It’s probably been a year since I delivered and thanks for reminding me why. Some locations are better than others and that goes for every chain. Rehire and Retrain.
