I had to start getting pickup at the older store off of Cartwright because this is the only location that delivers to me and the food is never fully cooked and they never deliver your full order. The drivers are from DoorDash so they don’t care about helping people with refunds either. It’s a whole process. My pizza crust was white tonight and I had to drive to the store to get missing items not delivered. It’s probably been a year since I delivered and thanks for reminding me why. Some locations are better than others and that goes for every chain. Rehire and Retrain.

What a bad experience they made me wait 40 minutes to tell me that the order was not ready if they do not have people who want to work, they better close the place and not waste time, I would never return ❌️

I have taken several orders from DoorDash at this place, and every time they make me wait 10 to 20 minutes, if the app send us to get the food it’s because the restaurant says it’s ready. We waste our time that we can use doing other orders. Terrible service.
