I went today for national coffee twice actually I got AYLIN as a barista she was rude and unfriendly didn’t say your welcome when saying thank you and almost bother her that we added a drink

I recommend going to a different location near by. Every time I come here, they’re out of everything. The owners must be so cheap to serve coffee with a cup full of ice and hardly any coffee. Such a rip off I can’t even believe I didn’t just go back but I was already too far. Please go to a different location.

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with extra Carmel drizzle and it had no Carmel and not even any crunch. And it felt like it was mainly ice and barely any flavor. But other than that order I got Starbucks is always yummy.

My frappichino was AMAZING dont get me wrong they got my carmel ribbon crunch perfect. They got the drinks down but they all got stank attitudes and handed my drink all sticky and handed the napkins all bunched up.

The drinks at this location never taste right. :( I wanted to try their new drink and was disappointed like always, their refreshers taste really watered down.

Very rude at 6 am. Ordered the same drink from other Starbucks and no one has gotten it wrong but the staff did today and I tried telling them and showing them and all they could say was “sir we did it exactly as it says.” And just starred at me.

this has started happening lately where my 7$ coffee is not filled up. Please use to right amount of milk, it’s marked on the cup you steam.

I ordered via app and picked up my bday treat in the drive-thru. I had a yummy Mocha Cookie Crumble with soy milk and it was awesome! 👌

Came by to study and get a drink. Staff were very friendly and work very hard with how much orders/work load they have to deal with. My cookie crumble Frap was amazing and came out very quickly. Hoping corporate helps this location because I feel that they are doing the best with what they are dealt with especially with how crazy these orders I have seen while studying. Grace and empathy go a long way. 🙏

Employees look very unhappy
Look annoyed when ask for napkins or straws. Or when you forget to add extra of something. Sometimes, the drink looks like it's been sitting and doesn't taste right.

don't visit this place, they always make wrong order and specially with cream they always make very little, even though i ordered axtra. look at my order today, they made it really terrible, i asked for a proper explanation but they just gave me more ice. you shouldn't come here, because it will ruin your morning.

The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino used to be one of my favorites, especially from this location. Lately though, they haven’t been making it the way I order it—and it’s been a bit of a letdown. I’ve been meaning to snap a pic but always forget… until today.

The store itself is nice and the service is okay, but when it comes to getting your drink exactly how you asked for it, they’ve been missing the mark. It’s frustrating when you know how good it can be, but lately, it just doesn’t hit the same.

Really hoping they can bring back the consistency and quality that made me love this spot in the first place.
