The Angel You Know

It's been a Long time since I visited Subway, I almost forgot how good is to make your own sandwich and the fact that a grilled sandwich takes a second blows my mind, but on top of sandwiches, the service evokes humanity, it always Amazes me to see young kids applying humanity at work, because for sure we don't get paid for that, so seeing someone go above and beyond moves me.
Thank you Cris (Cristina) You are better than most.

Today I went in and order 3 sandwiches and after putting all the vegetable, I decided to put the spinach at the end, so the lady got so upset because she said that I have to tell her in the beginning to put the spinach because the way they close their sandwiches she rolled her eyes on me on all three sandwiches . I’ve been eating Subway for almost 20 years and this been the worst service ever. The lady was very rude. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming to this subway ever again

Normally when I go here I get in and out quickly but just tell me to order online and when I get there the sandwiches weren't ready I had to wait 10 minutes and then on my particular sandwich there was no cheese they literally forgot the cheese

I placed an order online. Ordered it from the subway app, easy to order, I arrived earlier (8:17pm) to the location, my order supposed to be ready at 8:20pm, but my order was ready at the online order stand . Great service !!!

Very bad service, they took more than 25 min to make my order and it was just 1 sandwich and the employees all the time laughing of me they wanted to skip me and take the order of the next person saying he was first than me when he was not, i will never come back here with this kind of employees definitely, you should consider hire employees with better attitude

Stay away from this location. The African American lady is rude and will rush you. She had so much attitude. If you hate your job, leave and find another lol. Won’t come back here again.

I haven't been to this Subway for a while. This will be our LAST time visiting this location. The staff was rude and impatient. One in particular acted like we put her out somehow by visiting with a family and now she has to make more than one sandwich. Her attitude started as soon as we walked in and she saw - THE HORROR! - a family!

If you are the manager, and you are reading this: send in some ghost shoppers, particularly ones with families to see how your staff treat customers. You have permanently lost my business, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Unless you don't care. In that case keep employing rude ingrates. I'm sure that'll attract lots of customers for you.

I’m going to start by saying…. Cody needs to be fired! I spoke to him as I walked in, and he said nothing to me. Once me and my child began to look at the menu his only response was “ Our toaster is down the only way we can warm your sandwich up is in the microwave and it takes a long time” And proceeded to do whatever online order he was doing. Not once did he say give me a minute, he barely acknowledged us. I left this location and went to the one down the street in Mesquite. Never will I come to this location again.

I went on my lunch break to order me and my coworkers some sandwiches I never really come to subway so when I was ordering served by 7818 named Denise was very rude snotty un interested in her job she talks like she is mad at the world and just plain rude when i asked her questions about the order she smirk and look at me like I was dumb I will never ever come there again she doesn’t have any customer service experience at all and rude

I walked and and the manager and one of the worker were discussing things that should be spoken in a team meeting.I was not acknowledged..as I was telling the young lady behind the counter my order she was not providing he full attention but was instead talking with the Manager constantly. The Customer Service did not meet my expectations..I will not be returning.

We went to subway in Sunnyvale and the service was bad. We asked to the sub to be toasted and it was not it was actually two needed to be toasted. The person completely disregard what we asked. If you have a lot of orders don't go to that subway and go somewhere else

There was only one gentleman checking out when I went in. I stepped in the restroom to wash my hands and came back out. There was a young lady behind the counter. I walked up and down reading the menu. Made a decision and went to stand in front of the young woman working behind the counter. She has yet to acknowledge me. She proceeded to slowly put some bread in the oven. No problem. Even though I was in a bit of a hurry. But then she simply turned and walked through a door towards the back. At this point, I'm thinking surely she must not see me. So I said "hello". At which point she turned and gave me a disgusted look and replied "Give me time".
I WAS THE ONLY PERSON ON THE STORE. And it was 12:45. I promptly told her on my way out the door that all I was waiting on was a simple "I'll be with you in a minute" or "Hello".
What on earth has happened to common courtesy and customer service?? This is mind blowing to me.

A man who I assume was the manager was very rude and racist to a customer. This was not me or anyone I am associated with but it was so uncalled for I feel the need to write a review. A customer came in to the establishment and showed his phone over the counter to pick up an order. The white man looked over and said "I don't read phones" to which the customer said "no hablo ingles". The manager then said "who's fault is that" very sarcastically and rude. I will never come back here.
