Hands down one of the best nutrition places I have EVER been to! First time here and I felt very welcome. Staff was so nice and friendly! The shakes were delicious!! Will continue to come here. So happy I decided to try them out. If I could give them more stars I would. ❤️??

1st time trying this establishment.. was not disappointed. Staff is excellent and there are so many favor options to choose from. My pick today pumpkin caramel cheesecake… it was amazing!
I keep hoping they will be open at 6am but they never are, please update the hours if they have changed or to at least a realistic expectation for opening.

This was our 1st time here. And I will definitely be back! The owner was the one helping us and she was beyond helpful! I can't wait to go back to try all the different flavors! The shake was amazing!!! And she gave me some very helpful weight loss tips. Definitely a must try!!

Love the service and shakes. So happy I have them close to home. I would usually drive to rockwall for a shake!!! Now it's 5 minutes!!! Everyone is super sweet!! Great shakes great atmosphere!
Fabulous healthy energizing beauty boosting teas and shakes! And I love the hours open until 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday and open on Sundays mornings!
