Tino’s Restaurant - Fine Mexican Food

Went in and asked a simple question about ordering fajita meat a la carte. Guy at the front seemed very annoyed when I asked him how big the portions were. He was being very condescending with his responses. I just wanted to know, so I would order enough. Needless to say I walked out of there without ordering just because of how rude the guy was. I guess I’ll look elsewhere.

I've coming here for the past 9 yrs & Tino's have always provided excellent customer service & amazing food. My favorite here are the Shredded Chicken Quesadillas, Side of Queso, Refried Beans & Rice 10/10 I highly recommend this establishment ‼️

Was looking for a good place to eat nearby while on vacation. I was quite pleasantly surprised. I figured it would be a decent place to go. But I was quite impressed by the the quality and freshness of the food, the artistic presentation of it, the very clean environment, the colorful surroundings and memorabilia, and the honor of having Chef Tino cook for us himself. I hope to be able to come back again before we go back home. Thanks Tino! You're awesome!

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The waiters are always in a rush—before you even finish eating, they are already asking if they can take your plate, which feels pushy and unpleasant. Also, when calling ahead to have food ready, the person answering the phone is extremely rude, curt, and makes the interaction uncomfortable.

That said, I keep coming back because the food is truly worth it. I only wish they would improve their service so customers don’t feel pressured or uncomfortable by the staff’s attitude.

This has been one of my family's very favorite restaurants since before they moved to this location! My personal favorites are the fajitas (great portion and seasoning), the beef chimichanga, and the chicken quesadillas. Honestly, I compare all tex mex restaurants against Tino's scale.
