I ordered a whataburger with bacon, the guy rang up a whataburger with bacon and cheese. I told him that I did not want cheese and he said it was cheaper to ring it up this way and there would not be cheese on the burger. When the food was ready there was cheese on the burger. This is a sorry excuse for customer service!

This whataburger drive through is always slow. I’ve never had my food messed up, but be prepared to sit for 15 minutes.
Why the hell does it take so long to cook some burgers at every whataburger in existence? this is one of them. Wasted an hour lunch break with these shenanigans plus they left out some food 😒
