Was on vacation and ordered a two topping medium pizza online for delivery to my hotel and they forgot one of the two toppings. Also the pizza was much smaller than I expected... can't imagine how tiny a small one would be. Even though my order was wrong the food was hot and did taste good.There was no way to get a refund or reduced price, instead I had to sign up for rewards (I don't normally order Dominos because I live in a rural area) and wait days for points to be issued to the account. It's supposed to be for a free pizza, but a bit of a pain since I don't live near a Domino's and have to use the points within a month but was unable to utilize them immediately.The tracker feature on the website didn't work but luckily I signed up for text messages and did get timely updates so I could meet the delivery driver outside. They were pretty fast! I certainly didn't appreciate the delivery fee (that DOESN'T go to the drivers) and I couldn't add a tip until after the order was completed.After submitting that there was something wrong with my order there was no way to follow any of the other links on the page, such as letting them know how they are doing. Plus after being forced to sign up for rewards in order to be compensated for their mistake it couldn't recognize that I had just placed an order, so I didn't receive points for that itself.

The food is usually great, but the reason for low stars is because there have been several times that I have placed an order and gotten the pizza, and it was wrong. I got an order last night, and I had gotten the Supreme Pizza without mushrooms . Apparently, it is hard to read what people want and don't want on their pizzas because I had mushrooms on the pizza. This is not the first time for this issue either. Luckily, I am not allergic to them, and I am able to pick them off, but hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone who is. I also can't always just go back and get another pizza because I live outside of town and don't feel it would be worth my time to go back up there for their mistakes.

Constantly screwing up orders. Employees are too incompetent to even read a simple receipt with one single pizza. Delivery drivers are breaking speed limit and running red lights. This last time they screwed up my pizza once again and actually took back the one they messed up. How unsanitary, wouldn't put it pass me they'll throw it in the warmer and sell it later or they'll just hand it out to their employees. Not one simple apology, just took the pizza and said they were remaking it. I'm a long time customer and frequent. The employees have gotten worse and worse

Don't use the app. They are not part of the dominoes system and just tell you your money may be back on your card in 3- 5 business day's. very rude not impressed will be going to pizza hut from now on

Ordered 3 times from them in the couple months I’ve been down here- excellent all around. The only suggestion I would offer is that they update on the computer when an online orders status changes (however it’s typically done). Thought I had more time before the food got to me- was gonna hop in the shower- and the driver was at my door. The status said they were still working on it- that’s my luck for ya. No complaints at all- wanted to offer feedback and perspective. Keep it up!

Charged my card 7 TIMES. Then blamed me. Said my card was locked but it worked just fine at Walmart which is where I went AFTER they charged me 7times!!! I tried to call them back and the didn’t answer the phone!!! Btw I still never got to order!
