Pizza was good but alittle dry.My main problem was trying to use my reward points. Unable to use them even when I called no one knew how to use them.We have used Pizza Hut for years some pizzas they make are better then other times. Itdepends on who cooking.
Kindness, when least expected. . .(MANAGEMENT)SHE HAD CUSTOMERS, DOOR DASHERS IN LINE, NOT TO MENTION PIZZA HUT DELIVERY DRIVERS COMING IN/OUT, PHONE RINGING CONSTANTLY. THE 2 MAN STAFF IN BACK ...THIS MANAGER CONTROLLED PACE, REMARKABLY SMILED, CASHED OUT, HANDLED ALL NECESSITIES FOR EACH ONE OF US, PLUS OFFERING HEATING BAG FOR MY WINGS. SHE DOMINATES OUR PIZZA HUT!GREAT JOB!
Great as always. Came in to this store in sweetwater Texas, travel weary from a few days on the road. They were so busy as it is new years eve. They kept up with everyone. When I called the order in they gave me a 20 percent discount..... then they ran out of personal pan size crust, so they gave us a medium for the same price. They went above and beyond. I even heard them calling out to a coworker making sure he was OK, not sure what was going on, but they check in with each...
