I was driving by Sweetwater a town in west central Texas and i road by a restaurant that had my last name by coincidence So I had the pleasure of dining at Rodriguez Taqueria, and it was an absolute delight. The food was exceptional, with the menudo and the carne asada being a standout that left my taste buds in disbelief. The great customer service added to the overall fantastic experience, and the owner's warm and welcoming smile was the icing on the cake. I couldn't resist going back three mornings in a row, that's how much I loved it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great spot. That bihhh was good!!!

The best authentic Mexican food in west central Texas! Everything was delicious, homemade flour and corn tortillas to make it even better! Great customer service, the waitresses were super nice, including the owner of the place. Worth the visit if you’re in town or passing by!

Went there, no place to park. Food was ok at best. Waitress told us they had a price increase that wasn't reflected on the menu. Took forever to get someone to ring us up. Waited around for a bit and listened. Customers after us we noticed had the same breakfast and was charged less!!! Never again!

If you’re looking for a good home cooked meal this is the place to stop at! The staff were very welcoming and the food taste just like home, we’re definitely going to be stopping by every time we’re passing through Sweetwater.

I always love pleasant surprises when trying a restaurant for the first time. Combination platter did just that. Service was top level and made us feel welcome. Will definitely be back!

We ate there today. The food wasn't up to the standard we're used to seeing at the establishment and the prices are exorbitant! My wife had the Picadillo lunch plate and I had the Carne Guisada lunch plate--$34.20! We don't plan on going back. It's a shame because we have eaten there for years. I give it one star because that's as low as you can rate.
