Parking: Drive thru is terrible have to park on the shoulder and they don't have an intercom which you order at the window and delays time

Never again will I spend my money with these people. I waited in the drive thru line. The car at the window was just sitting there for 15 minutes while the lady at the window was just talking and laughing. The person in the car just got a drink. I pull up ask for a menu to find what I ordered last time. The elderly lady gave me an ugly look and walked off. She came back and told me they are closed. As I pull off the open sign is still on a people there. Rude and bad business!!!
