Not happy, we are usually not complainers but, went today to get a Rt. 44 Lemonade Slush that we ordered on the app. Arrived and they brought the drink, but we didn't realize that it was a large instead of the Rt. 44. Tried to call the location and, of course, no answer. Rang for about 5 minutes. So, came here to look and see if the manager or owner of the location responds to reviews , and see that it refers everyone to their corporate customer service... so, I will wait my 55 minutes to file my complaint. Seems that it wouldn't be that hard to read a simple order, ya know?

Good luck getting them to answer the phone if there is an issue. We called over 10 times trying to get them to fix our order and they never answered. When we went there, the service was about as good.

Order said it was ready 15 minutes ago. I pressed the button 10minutes ago to ask if anyone was on their way. I had to get out of my car go inside to there work station and ask about my food and they couldn't even tell me where it was. I counted at least 4 workers meanwhile the (not to body shame) larger lady kept looking at me with the most disgusting look as if i was a bother meanwhile no one has offered me a refund just that its coming all the while i had to repeat my whole order for them to start on it. Wont be coming back to this location. Definitely need a manager on staff or a retraining if either of them were one

Ordered in app. Pretty much my fav fast food. Only wish they still had steak sandwich.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any fast food place. Ordered a foot long chili cheese, Connie three Frito wraps, and two soft pretzels. The soft pretzels were hard all the chili tasted like it was old, and it was kind of black looking. And a Frito wraps Only had two or three little Fritos in each wrap and they weren’t even rolled up. They were just like bowling and half wrapped into the package.
The guy beside me in the next car over, ordered a foot long coney! I ordered a foot long coney also. So l guess it must have been foot long coney day! Anyway, the coney was good!
Y'all Brandon is absolutely so kind and helpful . I was looking for a specific drink in stores and he asked if he could try to make it for me since I couldn't find it and it was perfect . He didn't have to go out of his way at all but he did

I went here for breakfast right before an appointment and I sat in line for approximately 25min and I still didnt reach the pay window. The worst part was that there wasn't anyone else there except me and the vehicle in front of me! I will never go here again I'm glad I didn't spend my money here!
