7 the past 2 or 3 weeks I have been to this Sonic about three separate times, each time I showed up there to order food, the items that I ordered they would be out of stock. And that really wouldn't be a problem had they not already took my money for the item that was out of stock and then proceeded to give him a change and then tell me that they were out of stock. So I asked it what I can getting play 7 or do I get my money back and they looked at me like no habla English....
This Sonic is struggling. They have a few employees who are really trying hard and are great! This Sonic even gives Pup cups to your fur baby. The upper management/district manager needs to step in and help get this Sonic back to what it once was and provide better help for the good employees. They cannot keep expecting a few employees to carry this whole place.
