Got flat bread toasted well was supposed to be toasted and was barely and bottom of flat bread was hard as a rock do better 1st and last time going there not a friendly atmosphere i was on lunch kinda in a hurry seen no card in parking lot and now i know why

This place is terrible. Not only did they not make my sandwiches correctly, they claimed they didn't have any of the dressing I wanted to go ony sandwich. The girl working the counter was to busy worrying about swinging her hair than doing her job correctly

Old black k lady is rude she literally chase me outside to tell me I can’t use the restroom if I don’t buy something. lol 😂 I’m not homeless of nothing I’m just driving thru down and I really needed to use a public restroom real quick lol never will stop by not for luch or anything

Went to drive through around 1:30 on 8/7/25. Speakers not working small sign way above menu stating to pull around. Ok… this is common around here for Subway. No problem. I get to the window in my bright red suv and can see two young ladies making sandwiches. Ok … I’ll wait. They are busy. When they are done they start walking towards window… great it’s my turn. And the both duck behind the soda machine. There arms are moving so I know they are alive and ok. And there is NO way they didn’t see me from three feet away. About 5-7 minutes later my order gets taken. A Beast #30. What vegetables do you want on it? I want it just like it’s supposed to be made, like on the menu. What dressings. Mayo like the menu says. Another three minutes or so… I’m sorry we are out of ham and turkey. She gives me a list of what they do have the only two things that are available that do not already come on sandwich is chicken and steak. I ask if those could be substituted? Yes ma’am. Ok I’ll do that then. I get my 6” sandwich in a very large brown bag. Only the sandwich no napkin nothing else was ordered. She says sorry, we are out of the other bags. I start to drive off and decide to check my sandwich since the last two Subway visits (not this place) have been horrendous. I have bun,steak meat, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I drive around again and state there is supposed to be other stuff on here. She says ma’am I told you we were out of. I stopped her and said yes but what about the other stuff? Ok I’ll add it! WOW 😮! I said No, you will remake it and do it right. So she makes a footling I can see from where I am at. And cuts it in half and gives me my six inch sandwich. I check it… two slices pepperoni, 1 slice salami, and three slices roast beef and a couple of steak pieces. With lettuce and tomato and mayo. She asks if it is better this time? I said this is pathetic. And figuring it wouldn’t get any better I took it and left. But I can assure you, it was NOT correct. It was NOT 1/2 pound of meat and she did NOT care. Upper management needs to address their service in this entire area. Carthage Tx. Tatum Tx andTimpson Tx. Seriously, is it too much to ask for the correct ingredients?

We have always enjoyed going to this Subway until last night. The two guys that were working were to busy trying to make the girl that was working laugh. One had salami on the back of his shirt & both of the guys went behind the far counter & ducked down out of sight. Then when they decided to come back & wait on us, they didn't have the ingredients to make either of the sandwiches that we wanted. I am all for laughing & having fun at work but you need to make sure to wait on the customers before playing.

Honestly doesn't deserve any starts. My husband stopped to eat lunch and it was nasty. The bread had a weird taste to it. We asked for toasted bread and it was just warm bread. My sandwich was swimming with ranch dressing. The man that made my sandwich looked so high that he didn't need to be at work. My husbands meat balls were cold. The veggies were all kinda frozen. When we got drinks the machine was dripping water everywhere. They only thing we was comfortable getting without water dripping in our cup was Dr. Pepper and root beer. The Dr. Pepper tasted like root beer and the root beer was flat. We will not be returning.

The young girl & boy were very rude. I called back because they didn't put the bacon I paid for on the sandwich. Ask for a refund she told me to come back tomorrow. I live over 45 minutes away from Tatum. They were out of the chips and drinks I ordered, as will. Ask for the manager name she would only give me her first name. Ask for her last name she said she didn't know it.

I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past few months and have been disappointed every time. The employees seem like they don’t care about their job or at least the bare minimum of getting orders right. Everytime I’ve gone something has been wrong. (Ordering from the app). Whether that be the sandwiches missing things or just plain getting the entire sandwich wrong.
Parking: There’s always parking because the parking lot is always empty.
Don't know why they be closing at all kind of different hours it's 9:23 lights off and no one's there. I wish they would get there stuff together cause its so hit and miss
