This Burger King has a problem but not listening to customers orders go through drive-thru I asked for two burgers bacon double cheeseburger playing with pickles they forget the bacon and they forget the other burger that's supposed to be original of all things trying to call them they don't want to answer they hang up the phone

I ordered my food, it was a Texas double whopper, I waited and my order came for 1 minute after I got my soda, the employees were kind, the cleanliness is very good, the service is great, the atmosphere was nice, and the food was alright.

Says they're open to 11pm but order placed on doordash at 9:40pm considered completely undeliverable at 10:05pm, how you allow an order to be placed if its too late and of you fail to update you hours on google maps, i genuinely give so many people breaks but it sucks when somebody as pathetic as myself would not be able to take pride or defend such a failure if was the one responsible for the failure.

Didn't give me all of my food and what they did give me was all wrong!
Drive-thru early Monday afternoon, just as far from busy as it can get. Order a double cheeseburger no pickle add onions and a Whopper Jr with cheese no pickle. At the window I added cheese fingers. I got two hamburgers and an order of cheese sticks. Yeah, I'm a big dummy for driving away without checking but who would have thought they could screw up something that simple? I could see maybe if it was busy, but no, this is just rank competence and indifference.

Apparently we aren’t the only ones who have had problems with this manager in Taylor screaming and being beyond rude to people. Working for the public for 30 years I have learned you DO NOT talk to customers that way. I truly hope someone looks into this. Poor service,30 minute waiting with NO more than one or two people in the restaurant or drive up. I have read the reviews and well we will not be spending our money with this Burger King anymore. I would not recommend going to this Taylor one at all.

Went to Burger King in Taylor Texas this morning 10-9-24 order crescent with bacon and Ham when I get home no Bacon take it back to let them know and they get mad at me for they mistake not good at all I won't be coming back ?

Today is September 14th 2024 went to Burger King today in Taylor Texas we ordered an original chicken sandwich we also ordered chicken fries stopped in the parking lot to start eating it. The chicken sandwich was overcooked. The chicken fries were hard and stale. When I went into the store to tell the manager about it she instantly started yelling at me telling me that they were fresh when they brought them up. I then told her they weren't and I wouldn't have brought them back if they were fresh. She still came off with an attitude. I let her know that I was going to call corporate office. She didn't informed me that this is not a corporate store this is a franchise and I could call whoever the hell I want and they're not going to do anything about it I then told her she could take her store and shove it. With the few else choice words. Try to call the franchise. Try to call the corporate office. But I can tell how things went that nobody cares and nobody's going to do anything about it so I suggest nobody ever go to the Burger King in Taylor Texas cuz they suck. Any person that's a corporate person that would allow this to happen. Should be fired immediately
