I was there yesterday and unfortunately I placed a large order for $60.18. I made them aware of an allergy to a certain food and they could not tell me where they placed the item with no tomato and the lady was quite rude when i asked if she can tell me where it was so there was no possibility of contamination and she said no, turned around and blew me off and none of the burgers were labeled. I had to play touch the food and find out, I did not receive an item I ordered so that was great and I tried to ask for fresh jalapeño poppers and was told no... asked for fresh due to the distance I was having to drive to. Unfortunately since the lady with blue hair is gone, I have had nothing but horrible and disrespectful experiences. Needless to say, all the food was just tossed due to that negligence in allergies. I highly doubt they will do anything about this but it is what it is.

Today saturday was a good day for some burger king , this location is so far the best i order my food thru the DT yes it was so full of cars the lady (manager) was so nice taking the order she mention she was going to take some time for my order i was fine with that she took her time but let me tell you my food was super hot and fresh at the same time it was a 1000/10 definitely coming back to this place , customer service is the best

Customer service sucks and the food isn’t any better. You’re better off going across the street to Whataburger or honestly, even grabbing something from the Walmart deli. This location seriously needs improvement.

Chill burger king, i dont even really like burger king but come here on my lunch from Walmart. The employees are cool as hell, funny, and nice. They decorated for Halloween which was pretty cool. The cini mini bites were good, i mainly get the chicken fries and mozzarella sticks which hit. Also heard from other employees at Walmart that this bk is one of the best in the area.
Burger King is always good food but this specific location was trash. We waited 20 minutes for ONE burger, just meat bun and cheese. I don’t understand why it took 20 minutes. Anyways, if you’re wanting food I suggest going to Whataburger across the street or McDonald’s, or really any other fast food place nearby. Unless you have 20 minutes to just sit and wait for your food.

Years ago, Burger King had a jingle that included the line, “…special orders don’t upset us.” Not so, at this location.
On 9/15/2025, we went through the drive thru, about ten or fifteen minutes before close.
My wife ordered an Impossible burger, well done; add mustard. We also ordered fries, crispy.
When we got to the window, my wife asked the young man at the window to check that the burger was well-done, and fries crispy. His reply was, “Yes, and they just put the fries down”. About ten seconds later (no exaggeration), he handed us our food. As you would think, the fries were not done as requested. My wife asked him for crispy fries.
Immediately, an angry young lady came to the window, “we made it like you ordered!”. “The fries are not crispy. He said you just ‘dropped’ some”, we told her. “Move up there. I’ll bring you some”, she said, clearly annoyed that we didn’t take the food and go.
We pulled forward to wait. My wife checked her burger. It was cold, and the condiments looked as if the burger had been pre-made and sat for awhile. There was just a trace of mustard in the cracks of the cold meat, as you would see after trying to remove a topping mistakenly applied.
When the young lady came out with the fries, I met her at the door and asked her to remake the burger. She did not hide her anger.
When she came back out, my wife asked her name. “I don’t have to give you my name”. My wife said she was not pleased with the way this young lady was conducting herself, and that her attitude was not appreciated. The young lady then yelled at us, “I don’t like your attitude! It’s because of you p—“ (she cut herself off)”. She went back inside.
The fries were the same, but re-dipped in the oil. The burger wasn’t a new one, and was not made as requested.
I’m guessing, this angry young lady was the shift manager. Either that, or the shift manager was not present.
If I were her supervisor, this would’ve been the young lady’s last day on the job.
I would hope this poor quality work, and hostility toward customers is not seen during the day as well.
I do not recommend the Taylor Burger King, in the evening, until they can remedy this.
